Stayed May 10, 2025This place was very nice and has some lovely upgrades. When we had trouble with the Wi-Fi, we got a very prompt response from a lovely lady in the management office! Some downsides were the elevators in the building and just the outside of the building overall but they are in those areas as well. I would still highly recommend.!

Stayed Jul 6, 2024We enjoyed our stay overall, although 2 of the tv’s in the condo were not functioning. Communication with the property manager was very efficient and helpful though! The beach equipment on the balcony was left a mess when we arrived. The cleanliness could be improved, we had to wear shoes inside when we arrived because the floors were not clean. Location and beach was great, cute little town!

Stayed Jun 15, 2024I read reviews to help me decide so hope this helps someone else. Overall our stay was great. A few minor inconveniences will probably keep me from staying again. The cleaning crew did not do a good job which I informed the management company of. They offered for them to come back but I had already cleaned it up.

Stayed Nov 18, 2023We had been awaiting our vacation for most of this year. We looked at a lot of rentals that fit the idea we had. Sandcastle 1 did not disappoint, everything in the condo was as described and more. The view was amazing, I found myself just sitting there looking with awe. Getting up early with my 5 year old watching the dolphins swim by was a great memory! The pool and hot tub were good as well, but being from Wisconsin we went to the beach the most! Wasn't over crowded, clean soft white sand, plenty of shells to pick up as well. Overall we had a 10 star vacation while staying here. Plenty of room for 6, full kitchen was useful and plenty of seating with million dollar views! Can't wait to go back!
