Updated chic, modern beachfront condo w/private balcony!

We loved the resort, the listing was just as described. The employees were super helpful and nice. The elevator that brings you to the apartment is very close to where you park and everything was easy and close access, everything (Walmart etc) was super close to the place.

We loved everything about this place! The location, the condo, the view, the beach services, and the awesome little tiki bar by the pool/beach. It was all fantastic and we will definitely be back again! We have been to Destin many times and this has been our favorite place to stay so far.

Would stay here again.

This was an amazing condo. 100% views of the beach from all rooms. Fantastic full length windows. Perfect floor plan. Beautifully decorated. Private elevator to the unit ! A beautiful stay- and highly recommended!

Place was nice and easy to access. Arrived and found broken lounge chair on balcony. Called and someone came to look at it quickly but then never fixed it. Should have at least 2 working lounge chairs on balcony. Hot water did not work in one of the bathrooms and mattresses could have been better quality for the price paid for the room. Beach and pool were wonderful

Very nice property on the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants. Super busy area with limited parking on Fri and Sat nights. Semi Private elevator. The condo was as expected and nicely decorated. Some wear and tear on the carpeting and rugs; to be expected. A vacuum cleaner was available but could have really used a broom and more kitchen towels. On the day of arrival, the property management office called for an ETA and told us where to go for the arrival packet and then on to the guard shack. After hours check-in was a bit overwhelming especially after dark in a crowded environment and a 12 hour drive. Underground parking for one vehicle and all unloading was from the garage level to the elevator. We had trouble finding the correct elevator and then one of the two key fobs didn’t work. I highly recommend that future guests check out all the logistics before you enter the property. Our problem was that we couldn’t access the by arrival portion of the hospitality portal and details were difficult to locate in the several pages of documents provided at the after hours box that night. Fortunately someone was on property to help with the key fob which is needed to access the property at several points. We finally settled in but encountered other families having similar issues. Granted it was a very busy weekend and crowded as a there are four condo buildings at this resort. .Things settled down during the week and we really enjoyed the condo, balcony, pool, hot tub and beach. For Destin in general, Post-covid prices are high, most shops and restaurants are short handed and lines are long at most places. After a day or so we had a strategy when leaving the condo and all worked out.

Crystal clear water views from this beach-front property. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony for all of our meals while also maximizing on time in the pool and the beach.

It was a great time and an awesome property that we will be back to visit.

We had an excellent stay at St. Maarten 606 for spring break. The check in process was smooth, and the condo was spotless and updated. Loved that there were two spacious king bedrooms both with ocean views. 3rd bedroom was small and faced parking lot, but worked for us. We also got great, responsive service from Compass, the property management company, when we had an issue with our TV. They had a technician there within the hour who resolved the issue quickly. Would definitely book this property again!

My girlfriends and I truly enjoyed our stay at Silver Shells for our weekend. The location couldn't have been more perfect, we literally walked out of the building and on to the private beach. The condo was clean, beautiful decorated, and spacious, and the views were amazing. I did have a little trouble getting a hold of the actual property to see about holding our luggage (every phone number I tried routed through Compass Resorts instead of the actual building), and we were rather discouraged that there was not an option for recycling in the building. We checked in late and had a very difficult time finding WHERE to check in...spent a lot in extra Uber time/$ circling the property - there was not very good signage on the building or directions. Otherwise, our stay was great, we would DEFINITELY stay again!!
