Updated Beachside Condo! 2 Balconies, Grill, FREE Parking & FREE Activities! ~ 6 Pipers Nest

We loved our stay. The condo was nice, clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Also had comfortable beds. Best part was sitting on the balcony with the beach view enjoying coffee in the AM and cocktails in the PM. Even though it was December, we had beautiful, sunny, & warm beach days. The orange wall in the living room was painted a light grey- (much better)! There are two sets of stairs you'll need to go up, which we didn't mind. Great restaurants that are close -Salt Rock Grill, Guppy's....and we ordered some 'Amys Pizza'. We'll be back to this 'Gem'.

Everything was as described and pictured. This place was very clean. The furnishings were nice quality, we loved the decking furniture as well. This is a great location. Due to ongoing Hurricane clean up from last year, our view was a little obstructed with scaffolding but we still enjoyed the view.Being steps away from the beach was so great!! That was a favorite part for us.It was so relaxing here, not overly busy with beach activity, which we really enjoyed. This place is very well stocked with all the kitchen tools and appliances you could need along with plates utensils etc. Having the washer and dryer onsite was great too. We really appreciated that you have the beach storage room to use chairs and an umbrella for comfort as needed. This is a great place you will enjoy your stay here. Thank you for a great home away from home experience.

Everything was very clean except for the few vents on the ceiling. Around them needs to be clean because we could see dust or mold-like build up around them.

Condo was in a great location, beach was beautiful. Would have given 5 stars but stairwell on second level had plywood partially obstructing stairs during our stay. It appeared that possibly roofing work was being done? Storage for beach accessories was well equipped! Parking area was great as well. We enjoyed a wonderful week!

We loved staying here for our beach trip! It was very nice that a starter pack of essentials were provided as well as the fact that everything was clean when we arrived.

We stayed in the same complex as our kids and grandkids. We love Indian shores ! Close to everything. The beach is only steps away . Condo was clean and very roomy wonderful relaxing stay. Sunsets are our favorite. The chairs and toys for the beach were great. Kayaking and paddle boarding were enjoyed by my grandchildren.

We booked this room for our oldest son’s graduation gift. We traveled from Ohio, but this isnt our first trip to Florida. We frequent every year. I was pleasantly impressed with the condo itself, it was very accommodating and spacious. We had beautiful views of the ocean, and had two balcony accesses. We stayed for 7 days and for the most part it was fine. The third day into our trip our assigned parking spot (6) was used by contractors to pile there trash up due to the renovations they were making. They also had the beach access taped off due to the machines being used to renovate the siding on the property. We didnt have any complaints because we understand, but it would have been nice to know upon booking that we would wake up early to drilling and hammering. We also ran over a nail in the parking spot from the debris on the second day and had to order a custom tire for our truck from a local RNR tire. We enjoyed having the ability to use the kayaks in the ocean, especially my sons. We also enjoyed using the bbq grills for Memorial Day. Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was just maybe bad timing in our behalf booking with this particular property.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful beachfront condo. We were close to the Phillies spring training games, Top Golf, amazing restaurants and of course, the lovely beach with fantastic sunsets. We highly recommend this place!

The condo was very nice and decorated very beachie as expected. The property still had some damage to the exterior from recent storms but was in the process of being repaired but I was not told this. Ac went out 2nd. Day of our vacatibut was replaced promptly. Management was great. Only real negative was shower in master need a good cleaning.

This unit was beautifully decorated, exceptionally maintained, well stocked and updated with all modern amenities. For being an older building, I was extremely impressed with the updated electrical outlets and entertainment systems. All of my devices could be charged in any room, some free tv streaming and access to local tv and all streaming services. Beautiful and comfortable furniture, gorgeous kitchen. Loved it! could be charged

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo had everything we needed and more! Very close to the water and easy access(: Would recommend it and would stay again!! The Honeycutt’s!!!

Over the past few years we have stayed at this property multiple times. The home is right on the beach, it’s clean, well furnished and has been recently updated. We plan on staying at this property every time we visit Indian Shores.

Honestly, super happy with this vacay spot. The overall experience was super easy going and better than expected. Our family visits Indian shores every year and we are so glad to have found this rental. Unlike other places we have stayed, the parking was fantastic. When we left for dinner, we did not have to worry about whether we would have parking at the condo. Parking was always available. The whole pipers nest community was very laid back, quiet, and nice. We loved the water buckets that were readily available to rinse off our feet after being on the beach. It was also very helpful to have a cut out walk way where they had built up the sand dunes. It made getting on to the beach so much easier. Plus, the ground floor storage for beach gear was a surprising bonus! The condo itself was well taken care of and ready to go when we arrived. The check-in process was extremely easy and we loved having the feature of asking Alexa when we had questions. It was very family friendly. Overall, we felt the condo was clean. However, there were a few small areas that it felt like got missed by the cleaning crew (some easily forgotten areas), BUT it definitely wasn’t enough to bother our stay at all. We would definitely recommend Pipers Nest and we will be looking to rebook in the future. So happy to have found this rental.
