Updated Beachfront Condo w/ Nearby Shopping & Dining at Silver Beach Towers!

Beautiful condo. Great location to the beach. It's equipped with everything you need. Only 2 complaints were there are very few restaurants within walking distance from the condo location and the chair rental fee and set up wasn't explained clearly before we arrived. Being unfamiliar with the system, we didn't realize you absolutely have to reserve chairs and an umbrella online (which in Florida you will definitely need) BEFORE you arrive, preferrably as soon as you book your trip, otherwise its a pain to do once you have checked in because you can no longer do it online, but have to physically go to the chair rental location and wait in line and depending on the time of year, they may be all booked up and have no more chairs. And you can't bring your own umbrella on the beach.... So just count the per day set up fee aspart of your vacation cost and get it done before you get there.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, very clean and had all the amenities. Beautifully decorated huge bathrooms, luxury tubs, extra large showers.The facility was impeccably clean all the time and it’s very well kept up. We were super impressed and can’t wait to stay here again!

Location was fantastic! Close to everything. The beach was beautiful. Condo was wonderful. We’ll be back!

This Condo was very clean and spacious and perfect for our stay! The 2 bedrooms with 2 king beds could accommodate 2 couples perfectly with their own BIG full bathrooms! It was just my husband and I and our little girl and we had more then enough space. Also the big TVs in the bedrooms was nice as well as in the living room. Perfect ocean view from living room and bedrooms. Had everything we needed for basic kitchen supplies. Highly recommend for couples traveling together or with 2 kids that can share the king bed. I think the couches pulled out as well but we didn't use those. Silver Beach Towers elevators were fast and the pool and beach side chair service was perfect! It was so nice to have a stop light when pulling out onto hwy98, the main street, as it can get busy trying to drive. Having a stop light helped to get in and out of the property easily! We had a great stay! Thank you so much!

Property overall was clean but had a couple deferred maintenance issues that needed to be done.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for the beach, pool, shopping, restaurants, and privacy.

This condo has 2 master bedrooms both on the gulf side with access to the balcony which was so nice! Lots of room and had everything we needed. Everything was super clean when we arrived and even smelled good. Pool and beach were easily accessible and very well maintained. We would absolutely stay here again!

We definitely can put it top of our list in Destin

Pros: The beauty of the beach and ocean were outstanding! The unit we stayed in, Silver Beach Towers 802E, was fantastic . . . spacious, modern, well equipped, and 5 star views of the ocean/beach from family room and both bedrooms. Cons: the unit and building were lacking in security. The key fobs provided had no real value. They were not required to access the building during the day and only were required to access the building from the pool area during the night. Other places we have stayed required a key fob to enter the building from any access point 24/7. Also, the front door to the unit/condo did not have a dead bolt or latch (similar to hotels) to prevent unwanted visitors from popping in while someone was in the unit. On the first day, two utility persons wanting to install 2 TV's walked in after a light knock at the door but did not wait for a reply. The overall property and unit were clean however we did have to clean the dishes and silverware b4 using them. I imagine the cleaning crew assumes the prior guest cleaned them and put them away b4 leaving, which wasn't necessarily the case here. The dishes and silverware required cleaning before use. Finally, the Destin area is densely populated with lots of crowds and traffic. Next trip we will look further East somewhere between Miramar and Seaside.
