Updated beach front, heated pool, includes TWO sets of beach chairs/umbrellas

What an incredible condo that had everything we needed! We loved being on the 1st floor with easy pool and beach access. The beach chair setup included with the condo was such a bonus! Great covered parking for vehicle. The condo is beautifully decorated and 3 bedrooms have king beds, which worked perfectly for 3 families staying together. The 4th had two full-beds. Condo was roomy and inviting. We used Babyquip for cribs and high chairs and that made it so easy. We loved this place and property management company clearly communicated all details. We will be back!

Property was as advertised, great location. We enjoyed the beach and pool. Close to everything, will stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is not a 5-star unit, by any means, like our stay was in 2019 in the well-appointed 106. Housekeeping was lacking unlike before also. Most of the dining chairs are unstable and really cheap quality seating. Refrigerator has seen its last good day and kitchen faucet also. Lots of old and dirty looking kitchenware needs replacing. Coffee pot is awful quality (Mr. Coffee) and had leftover grounds so not cleaned for our first morning. Frontloading washer & dryer set up is most awkward to maneuver with heavy clothes and the large laundry basket. Did a lot of laundry with 4 children. Unit just didn't compare to our other stay and paying a premium price really expected a premium unit again. Online pictures looked nice but thought unit was outdated when there in person. Sofa pillows are old looking and dirty also. Bath towels were fine but bed linens and all seemed old. Furniture knobs were off and thrown in drawers. I'm leaving this message only for your awareness and the only rental company issue we had was receiving an email a couple of days before leaving asking for our departure time. It was hard to say exactly prior but did text Roslyn and emailed Jaime back also before leaving at 8:15 like I said I would the morning we left. Maybe texting on way out to let housekeeping know would work best for all rather than asking for specific time 2 days ahead. We do very much appreciate early entry and certainly want to get packed up, do the chores and out of the way for them to prepare for the next guests. It's usually a whirlwind with 10 of us and making sure all is done and ready to go is a task. Overall was a wonderful family vacation week but just disappointed with the unit chosen this time.
