Updated 3rd Floor Oceanfront Condo on the Boardwalk w/Pool

The property looked just like the pictures, oceanfront view from the windows and balcony. Dolphins were out almost every day of our 7 day stay. It was CLEAN and easy to locate. Boardwalk and bike teail were just out the back door. Host was fantastic and helpful, very informative and friendly! My only complaint was the windows to ocean view were dirty with sand because of a recent storm and they were harder to see out of, but storms happen so can you really complain about that. It is located right on the end of the main strip so its a bit quieter than if you were in the thick of things and you can walk or trolly ride to everything! We had a great stay with a lot of good food and drinks. Pool was kind of small, but it was not busy. Tiki bar just down a few blocks on the beach was great, the waterfront restaurant down by 5th had the best seafood!

The beach view with the dolphins swimming by every morning was top notch!!! Perfect for families. Kids LOVED the beach, we went every day.

We loved our stay here. The view was amazing and the condo was very clean and it had everything we needed. Margie was very helpful and made check in very easy and made sure we had all our linens. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for an awesome place on the beach!

From the beginning to the end she was very pleasant and easy to work with. She told me this property was their most popular rental and I see why. The place was very clean and cozy! The kids (32yo, 24yo & 16yo) and I really enjoyed our stay. This was our second years staying at this location and we plan to be back next year. The location is perfect if your looking for a less crowded beach. Very family friendly. So next year I will be booking our vaca with Margie Chapman for sure!! Thanks Margie, see you in 2026!

Took advantage of multiple restaurants within walking distance for breakfast, lunch, dinner & drinks, took long walks on the boardwalk daily, enjoyed sunrise from the balcony, hung out on the beach & even enjoyed eating in because the view is so gorgeous. Hated to leave & would definitely stay here again!
