Updated 3 bedroom 2+ bath condo-steps to beach & pool-beach service included

Everything was exactly as listed and all directions were clear and timely. Nice to walk outside and be next to the pool and only a quick stroll to the beach. Easy entry and exit to the property with lots of stores and restaurants nearby!

This was our 2nd year staying here. We love the location. We are planning on coming back next year. Everything was perfect!!

The location was perfect. This condo is perfect for a group of ladies or a family. Its in the heart of Destin and just minutes from the restaurants and attractions. I will deffinely rent again

The location was perfect! It was a short walk to beach, the pool was in back door and close to all restaurants and attractions! The condo was large and had all amenities.

This was our second time staying in this unit, love the location of the unit, the upgrades are beautiful.

This place was very clean, updated and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable. Communication was excellent. Property had a back patio that lead right up to the pool. This was perfect for us as we had two little ones with us. The beautiful beach is a parking lot away. Had a wonderful time and made awesome memories! Will stay here again!

First time in Destin. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo, beautifully decorated and clean. It was the perfect location with pool just outside the patio and minutes walk to the beach. We enjoyed playing pickleball on the nearby court and was pleasantly surprised by all the fun beach accessories in the closet. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved playing the family games available to use in the evenings. Great condo, would highly recommend!

The house was nice. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the week. Beds were comfortable. Great location right by the pool and a 2 min walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again

This is one of the best properties I have ever found on Vrbo - top 5! The location was AMAZING and close to everything! I cannot say enough amazing things about our stay. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We will be booking again. Kellie is an amazing host. She was accommodating and responsive! You will not be disappointed.

Enjoyed our stay. Very nicely decorated and clean town home in a quiet environment. Just a short walk to the ocean and pool is right out back. Very convenient location to shops and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved Southbay by the Gulf! The accommodations were great! We didn't have to mess with traffic to get to the beach as we had private beach access and access to a private pool. The townhome was cozy and we had plenty of room. The area in which the townhome is located is quiet, which we loved too. The only suggestions we would make would be to have extra toilet paper and trash bags for stays that are longer than a few days. The sprinkler system outside smelt like sewer but only when it was running. We were told by another guest that the pool was heated but it was not {the kids in our group still enjoyed swimming in it and during the hottest parts of the day the pool was nice..unsure if it was supposed to be heated or not}. Other than this we really enjoyed our stay and would come back to enjoy a beach vacation!

Great stay, great place! Second time I have stayed in this condo complex and I love it!! Didn’t have beach service the first time, but had it at this unit and it made such a difference!!

The condo was exactly what we expected. It was decorated very cute and was extremely clean ( my aunt cleans houses so she looked). The owner Kelli was very easy to talk to and very quick when responding about any questions. We will definitely be booking same place next year.

We loved it here. Great location and easy walk to the beach. We will definitely come back here. The only issue was the air conditioning didn’t cool the upstairs very well. Ceiling fans on high helped. Run don’t walk and book this place!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was nicely decorated, cozy, and very clean. It had everything we needed for our weeklong stay with four kids (ages 1-12). The owners must truly love it here, it shows by how clean and comfortable the condo was. The community was great, access to the pool and short walk to the beach was awesome. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The property has been updated and was clean and comfortable. The back door opens up to the pool which was well maintained and had ample seating. The tennis/pickleball courts were close as well and we enjoyed playing several times. The beach access is just a short walk across the parking lot. The chairs and umbrella were set up for us each day (tip the chair guy!) it’s a lovely beach with beautiful clear water and soft white sand. Many stores and restaurants are close by and easy to locate. My only complaint/suggestion would be to have more things available that you would need during a week”s stay. This would include bottled hand soap in the bathrooms, a few extra trash bags in the kitchen and Kleenexes. We also had to go buy extra toilet paper as there was not much extra provided. Overall, we had a great stay and would book here again if we were to return to the area.
