Stayed Jun 24, 2025We had a great time at the Royal Plum Club! The check-in process went smoothly and was great, the condo was clean, everything was as stated on VRBO, smooth check-out process, beautiful views, and the kiddos loved the pool!

Stayed May 11, 2025Wonderful yearly visit. Nice property,nice campus. Well maintained and clean. Left new pair of sunglasses at the pool, not returned. We will be back next year.

Stayed Jul 22, 2024Check in process was seamless! Property was just as described. Great location from everything but quiet and peaceful complex. My family enjoyed the pool daily and I enjoyed the beach walks. Plenty of parking. We hope to come back for another visit and will definitely try to get this place again. We will be recommending it to family and friends if they are ever in the area.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024We thought it was very creative to feel like ocean atmosphere. It was comfortable, clean, properly supplied with homey conveniences. We felt very at home there, and safe. We would recommend it and consider coming back another time.

Stayed Dec 30, 2023The property grounds were kept up, beach was raked daily, pool was very clean and warm during our January visit. Office personnel were friendly and helpful. Condo looked like typical Florida and was clean and comfortable. Kitchen seemed adequately stocked although we just used plates, bowls, and silverware. Beds were comfortable. My one big issue lies with the laundry room - it really needs to be cleaned up and the dryers didn't dry my clothes even at half load. I don't know the going rate for laundry but the expense really adds up for a family of 6. This was my first time staying at a rental property so I was surprised that there wasn't tp, paper towel, or garbage bags to get through the visit - disconcerning given the $ paid. We also did not receive the beach towels that were to be included per the linen guidelines sheet but we brought our own so I wasn't concerned. However, none of these are dealbreakers and I am looking forward to booking this property in the future.

Stayed Dec 11, 2022The condo was clean and spacious and really enjoyed the screened in porch. The grounds were well maintained and it offers great views. The only thing I did not like is the excessive laundry policy. We were 4 adults with one being a pregnant woman and being limited to 1 bath and 1 beach towel a person for an entire week was not realistic.
