Beautiful views and very nice room. Love the full kitchen as I love to cook. Such a peaceful and a wonderful getaway place. We will definitely be back!!!!❤

The condo was exactly what we needed for our weekend trip. It was very clean we arrived and the veil was amazing.

Nice condo, great location

The unit felt like home. Nicely updated decor, exceptionally clean, not far from an elevator and all the amenities you could want. The room even had beach chairs and an umbrella if you wanted to use them. The owner was very communicative and very responsive to any questions. This place will not disappoint you. Oh and the rate per night was the lowest for the location that we could find. Come stay here and enjoy not only the view but Destin and all of the great activities that are right around this location.

Great views and perfect amount of space for my family. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit.

Great place, location. Clean and quiet

Nice resort right in the center of Destin. This condo had nice views of the ocean and we liked that the resort had 3 pool. During our stay they were in the process of renovating the elevators so there were only 4 elevators working for the entire building. This lead to long wait times, but it was just a minor inconvenience.

When I was looking for a condo I knew it had to be in the beach, two bedrooms & two bathrooms. I was bringing my two 16 year old granddaughters for a 16th Birthday trip!This was the perfect location this condo resort has all you will need!Beautiful condo & super clean!Planning on visiting again one day!!

Very nice accommodations and great view. It’s on the 12th floor but we didn’t hear much fun happening in the pool below. We had to cut our vacation short due to illness, but we would book this one again.

Enjoyable Weekend w/Family

Loved the cute condo. Everything was nice it had a great view to see the ocean. Loved the private beach.

We loved this stay. It was completely as expected and was so easy to check in which I appreciated. We’ve stayed at other Destin resorts and none were as friendly as the staff at pelican beach. We’re rebooking this exact condo because the instructions were so easy for check in and out and the chairs saved us $40 a day. It’s the little things that were so nice.

I would recommend staying in this property any time. It is a great location and right on the beach.

The 12th floor served up great view from the balcony. The bed was comfy and another great view from there. All the pools and hot tubs were relaxing. The beach was fantastic to take a long walk and chat. Hope to make it back someday.

Nice condominium! Two separate rooms, 1 queen bed and the other room had two individual beds as well as couch/bed. Large balcony to view the sea! The management was also very helpful with all our questions! Overall great place to Stay in Destin!

I like mine with lettuce and tomato, Heinz 57 and french fried potato, big kosher pickle and a cold draft beer. Well good god almighty which way do I steer!

A great condo to stay at. My family and I loved it and would book again. Below is my full review of the good and bad. Some things are beyond the control of the unit owner but are mentioned for potential renters. Pros: Great beach view and huge patio. You can see one of the pools from the room to check if it's too packed. Amazing emerald water and white sand. Excellent condo layout. Three smart TVs in the unit; two with extensive cable packages. Pelican Resort is well-maintained with ample staff. Pools are cleaned daily. Security ensures only guests use the facilities. The on-site cafe is great. We used all three pools and both jacuzzis. Beach proximity is about 150 ft from the elevators. Owner stocked the unit with DW pods, paper towels, and TP – a nice touch. Cons: Appliances: DW didn’t work, old dryer with a faulty lint trap, and the fridge door needs to be shoved closed. Front door sticks due to a damaged deadbolt. Grand bath lighting is finicky. Bath vents need cleaning. Low mirrors – at 6'1, I had to squat to see myself. Traffic in this part of Destin is insane. Be prepared to drive aggressively Biggest bummer: the beach chairs and umbrellas situation. The listing does warn about this, but the beach isn't open for free setup. The complex rents out rows of umbrellas and chairs ($30-$50), and you must set up behind them if you don’t rent, with no view of the water. This setup from 8 AM to 4 PM was unexpected and disappointing Overall we loved it and would book again.
