I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo complex was in a fantastic location. Very close proximity to the beach and our three boys loved the pool and tennis/racquet ball courts. The condo was spacious and the beds were all comfortable. It was nice to have staff on site and the linen exchange throughout your stay was an added bonus! If we were to stay in Destin again, we would definitely consider this complex again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was good. The rental was clean, and a good size for the group we had. Only a couple of inconveniences. I had to run the dryer twice for it to dry any of our clothes. Free beach service was great, however it was tough to get a front row spot and that was important to us with having small children in the water.

Nice to have a room with a washer and dryer in it. Pool was always clean. Our family has been staying at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club for five years, they never disappoint.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024We had such a great stay! The condo was so clean and very safe. Great location and right on the beach. Chairs and an umbrella on the beach were included in our stay. The beds were so comfortable and it was very nice having our own washer and dryer! The elevators were constantly breaking during our stay but there’s stairs and that isn’t the owners fault. The place did keep fixing them but we mostly just opted for the stairs.

Very glad we had access to beach chairs & umbrella, it made going out to the beach easy knowing we wouldn’t have to pack those things out & set up. The unit itsself had everything we expected. We hope to be back next year with a few other families!! Can’t wait to be back & make more memories!
