This spacious unit has 2 bedrooms (a king size and twins) located on the first floor (2nd level). This level gives a beautiful view of the white sandy beach and blue gulf water for all the living area. Both the living room and master bedroom have access to the scenic view balcony through a regular walk-through doors for added safety.

Boardwalk is 1/2 mile east of Hwy 59, placing it in the heart of Gulf Shores, where all the festivals, like the Shrimp Festival and Hangout Music Festival, are held. Excellent restaurants, shops, and other entertainment are within walking distance. A Surf Style Marketplace conveniently located across the street to purchase groceries and beach supplies.

This unit was renovated in November 2010 with new cabinets, new appliances, and all floors covered in porcelain tile. The unit was totally re-painted in April 2019. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room. Free Wi-Fi internet and Dish Network high-definition televisions.

Location was excellent. We never moved the vehicle as we were able to walk everywhere beyond the condo. Being on the beach was so convenient. The balcony view was spectacular and perfect proximity to the beach and pool for my wheelchair bound mom. She was able to watch us from the balcony. The owners were super prompt to respond. The one suggestion is a spoon rest. Totally not a priority need. I just found myself looking for one whenever I cooked and not having a place to rest the spoon. Definitely keeping information on this booking.

The owners were awesome! Always responded to messages promptly, were super accommodating, and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was great! Fantastic location, well maintained, clean… Everything it said it would be. I would definitely stay here again!
