Stayed Oct 23, 2019We rented this place to get an idea of purchasing a place in Cebu City, the Condo was nice but the area isn’t as new as we’d like and in the evening it didn’t have the restaurants and entertainment that we were looking for. The owners sister was great and the place was large and with the exception of being slightly older it was a good place. Only one bathroom on the main floor, bedroom upstairs has two beds but no toilet in the bathroom which I think would have been nice then having to go up and downstairs in the middle of the night if you had to go. Overall if you need space and want to be in this area it was a good value. IT Park is new and the area we will probably look at for our next stay or purchase of a place.
