Home was immaculate and everything was as stated in the listing. Stacy was easy to get in touch with and super accomodating. Home was close to many restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in Fort Collins while dropping off our daughter for her freshman year at CSU. The house was just as described—truly the perfect place to relax. After long, hot days of moving her into the dorm, it was wonderful to come back and unwind. Stacy was great to work with, always quick to respond, and provided clear communication throughout. We will be back.

Excellent Property! The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood. It was very clean, and the space very comfortable.

I was in town visiting my kiddo and this was the perfect affordable location for my 10-day stay! Small issues were quickly address by the incredibly communicative host. 100% recommend.

We were only there for a quick stay but check-in was easy enough. There was a bit of a hefty cleaning fee and yet we were requested to clean all of our own dishes (no dishwasher), take out all of the trash, and strip our beds and towels. They also charged us an additional $75 for a noon checkout because of the cleaners. Otherwise, no complaints.

The overall property was very cheaply done. The worst part was the bathroom with the entire side of the tub cracked and dirty walls and dirty vents. The bed creaked like crazy every time we turned over. I guess you get what you pay for. Location was good

We had to make a sudden trip to come to town for a funeral. We had stayed at this location back in July and were so happy with it, I booked a second stay here. Just like the first time, it was perfect!!! The units are always clean and very comfortable. Very easy to get to anywhere in town as it is centrally located. The host is extremely nice and very responsive!! I highly recommend staying here if you are in town!!!

Stacy’s place was clean and comfortable. Great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from restaurants and the downtown area. Easy parking right off the street.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy. The place was within 10 minutes of everything in Fort Collins it seemed. Only 20 minutes from Horsetooth Reservoir and 1.5 hours from Rocky Mountain National Park! Plenty of kitchen utensils and accessories which was helpful, and laundry in the unit was a great addition. We enjoyed that the TV had Netflix. Everything worked properly. I would say the floors could use a more thorough cleaning. Other than that, everything was just lovely!

Stacy was amazing . The place was clean , quiet , and everything as described. Lots of parking. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t already provided. Well worth the money , had a great time with family and grandkids for my bday and Father’s Day. When we come back to Fort Collins we will definitely stay here again . Again thank you Stacy for a fantastic place !!!!!
