Stayed Aug 18, 2025We stayed in Fort Collins while dropping off our daughter for her freshman year at CSU. The house was just as described—truly the perfect place to relax. After long, hot days of moving her into the dorm, it was wonderful to come back and unwind. Stacy was great to work with, always quick to respond, and provided clear communication throughout. We will be back.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024We were only there for a quick stay but check-in was easy enough. There was a bit of a hefty cleaning fee and yet we were requested to clean all of our own dishes (no dishwasher), take out all of the trash, and strip our beds and towels. They also charged us an additional $75 for a noon checkout because of the cleaners. Otherwise, no complaints.

Stayed Sep 29, 2024The overall property was very cheaply done. The worst part was the bathroom with the entire side of the tub cracked and dirty walls and dirty vents. The bed creaked like crazy every time we turned over. I guess you get what you pay for. Location was good

Stayed Sep 4, 2024We had to make a sudden trip to come to town for a funeral. We had stayed at this location back in July and were so happy with it, I booked a second stay here. Just like the first time, it was perfect!!! The units are always clean and very comfortable. Very easy to get to anywhere in town as it is centrally located. The host is extremely nice and very responsive!! I highly recommend staying here if you are in town!!!
