Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this unit! The kitchen is a little tight if more than one person is trying to do something, but very well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the location with the courtyard for the kids to play and an easy walk to the beach. We will be looking at reserving this unit again. The washer and dryer is a bonus!

Our condo had everything, even a crock pot that we took advantage of. So many activities that my kids never were bored. Love this little gem of a place in Destin!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Prices keep going up but services and condition of condos are going down. Dirty dishes in cabinet/drawers. Floors were nasty and had cookies still under ottoman and chair. Roach in bathroom. (I bought spray and sprayed the whole condo)Price of beach chairs has skyrocketed but don’t re-angle umbrellas for afternoon sun or turn flats to face sun in the afternoon. Check in is at 4 but usually have to wait on one of our rooms to be ready. Love the location and the courtyard and the ease of going to the beach!

This is second year in a row and thought everything great. Only surprise that I didn't catch was we had to pay for beach chairs and umbrella. Previous rental covered. Great family vacation.

We love the family feel with the courtyard for playing games. But, the prices keep going up and amenities are less. Rooms are not as clean, floors specifically. No towel exchange during the week and we even have to supply our own toilet paper because there is not enough for the week.

It is a perfect place for a week at the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and has a washer & dryer. We go with a large group every year and everyone agrees that we have the best condo. It is on the ground floor which is especially important to us. The walk to the beach is close as well. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Destin. The courtyard and pool allows our group a place to gather in the evenings. It is a perfect beach experience!

We loved it ( even booked for next year).Everything was updated and perfect location to get to the beach and pool. Loved the furniture on the patios to sit there and read and listen to the ocean.
