Stayed Jun 5, 2026The property itself was fantastic. Upon checking in, the management company was less than helpful. They manage two of the units in this complex and have no knowledge or communication with the managers of the other units. There was a parking issue when we arrived, the managment company just told me to in another units parking spaces to rush me off the phone so they could close their office. I found the management of the other unit with parking next to this units to fix the parking issue.

Stayed May 25, 2026We visited Tybee Island in May beginning on Memorial Day. Our visit was wonderful. South Beach is a great location. We were about 4 blocks from Tybrisia Street and the pier. The property was well taken care of and very clean. The condo looked just like the pictures. Under the building parking was ideal. We could walk to everything. We would stay here again.

Ceiling fan in bedroom didn’t workSend pre check In communication with a question to host and never heard backAppliances are outdated - dishwasher sounds like it’s ready for liftoff. Parking is tight Overall good place not great. Price was fair.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024Freezer did not work properly. Ice maker not working at all. Did not realize feezer would not keep frozen food at correct temp. Had to toss.Toilets would continue to run after flushing.Could hear kids running and jumping from upper condo from our bedrooms and living room.

Stayed Jul 28, 2022This condo has carpet that is disgusting. I've never seen carpet so stained and filthy. Dog hair on pillows and on bed. Dated appliances and fixtures. You can hear everything from condo above and every footstep. Would not rent this unit again.

Stayed Jul 21, 2022great location and nice neighborhood. However, carpets really make the place feel more lowbrow than it is. Also some furniture needs repair/update. otherwise I'd give this location high marks all around
