Excellent stay in every way! Laura had it stocked with everything you could need and made it so relaxing. Listening to the waves and seeing the ocean all day/night was so relaxing!

The rental was in an older facility where handicap accessible is more of a challenge. With that being said; I felt our rental was clean and charming. The balcony had an ocean view, pool was close, access to the beach was close. You could get to food establishments and shops by walking or a short drive. The rental was exactly what was needed to extend our time after a convention.

Pro) Location way perfect. Down for a long weekend for a wedding. Easy to navigate. Con) Was NOT allowed to have a golf cart (rental) on property. Wasn't told this until AFTER the fact. Security worked with me but for a guy with two hip replacements and an up and coming back surgery this was a big inonvenience.

When we arrived, we had no idea what room we was in and it was never communicated. There is no one there to help so you have to call for assistance! Very confusing and it took us 2hrs to find out where we paid to stay at. Not happy and would not recommend!

The condo was fully stocked, clean, comfortable and safe! Beautiful views of the ocean allowing for watching the local shrimp boats and the huge container ships coming in. The property manager is very nice and accommodating! We will definitely be booking this one again! Thank you for sharing your space 🏝️❤️

This is the second year we have stayed here and still had trouble with communication about the elevator and that there is a ramp in the middle of the first floor in the back of the parking area. Made getting our items to the condo difficult. My husband and I don’t manage stairs well.

I loved the proximity to the beach. We walked the beach 2 or three times a day enjoying sunrises, sunsets and afternoon walks. It was really cool to see the large shipping containers and shrimp boats passing by. Bike riding in the area was our main mode of transportation. Nearby Ft. Pulaski was a great trip by bike.

The stairs were tough on my husband and myself. We didn’t know where the elevator was so we didn’t use it. It would have been helpful to know where the elevator was before staying there. But other than that we were very pleased with our stay.

If you want a relaxing, peaceful quiet location this is the place! The view was okay, the walk to the beach was short and easy. The walk to the pool was even better and the pool was fantastic. Communication could be better, when you are new to an area any tips and information for planning ahead are most helpful. Order your groceries several days in advance, have a back up for getting off the island if you don't drive, Lift didn't show up. Rent a bike or a golf cart to get around. Carts cannot be parked on the property but the parking is free for carts on the island.

Balcony was beautiful with view of the ocean. When i booked i wish i would have known the bunk beds were small because my 2 teenage children had to share the couch and bottom bunk because neither could get in the top.

Everything was as described. Easy as access to the pool and beach. Driving distance to everything. Definitely would stay here again.

Place as described. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Comfy and felt like home. Would recommend to others and would return.

Enjoyed the location and the condo was just as described. Everything was clean and we enjoyed the quiet end of the island. Very easy to access all that Tybee has to offer. We can't wait to come back in the future!

I prefer more of an ocean front. Other than that, everything was good.

Unit is tastefully decorated and just perfect for a week or two. Right on the beach and next to the pool. About the best of its genre where I have stayed. There were small glitches like getting into the lockbox for the gate key card. Also the shower curtain fell down (minor in itself) but I was unable to put it up and no one seemed to think it was important. My allergies dictate I have a shower after the pool! Albeit for most people these are peripheral

Laura was a really great host. She responded to any questions I had and made sure I got in ok. The place itself is just like the pictures. I mainly had the place for sleeping as we were busy with wedding events, but from the little I was there during the nights it was as expected.

The room number wasn’t listed, so we couldn’t get into our room. VRBO then just refunded our money, so we had to stay down the road at a hotel.

This was a great stay! Beach is very easily accessible, rooms were clean, and the kitchen has plenty of appliances to make all the things you want in the kitchen. We made focaccia for sandwiches on the beach! I would recommend bringing your own water bottles/brita just because the tap water tastes pretty beachy. Overall loved it here!

No visible signage for buildings and numbers on the outside at parking lot/street level inside the complex. There was an A on the side of the building, however, a work van was blocking it. There were several newbies like us wandering around the outside trying to figure out if we were at the right building.

Overall all this is a nice place to stay for a few nights. The main downside was Check in was not easy and continued to be difficult for several hours. Instructions sent via the app were not complete, and had conflicting instructions with some information obsolete. Unfortunately the owner did not respond promptly to me or VRBO, but eventually it was fixed. The property was as described and plenty for our small family of 3. The decor is very cute and our 2yo enjoyed it very much. The pool and beach is very conveniently located in relation to the condo. Parking was also convenient. I would recommend thoroughly going through check in instructions prior to actually arriving at the property to give ample time to work out kinks, because other than that you will enjoy your time here.

The condo is in a great location! The beach is just a few steps away and there are restaurants within walking distance. The condo is cozy.

We had a wonderful experience! The condo was only about a 25-30 minute drive from Savannah and 5-10 minutes from anything in Tybee Island, making it an ideal location to stay. It’s within walking distance of Tybean Coffee Bar and cute shops. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The room was clean and the complex was quiet, making it a peaceful getaway. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, but other than that it was an amazing place to stay!

Great beach access and good proximity to local shops and restaurants in North Beach. Room was very clean and had lots of amenities. Second floor room which was convenient since there is no elevator. Host was a great communicator and helped us with an issue promptly. Would definitely stay there again. Even though this was a condo, there was plenty of toilet paper, soaps and shampoo, towels, etc. provided so that we didn't have to buy anything while there. One of the best amenities was the balcony which was spacious and you could see the large cargo ships go by which was cool.

The condo was perfect for my sister and I for our getaway. Exactly as described very cute, very short walk to beach and pool. We enjoyed watching the container ships go by and especially the dolphins from our balcony. You can't actually see the beach but the water easy view. You have to get a card/key from a box which I think was for the gate but the gate was open so that confused me but that was easily operator error(me) after a long drive. Laura was amazing to communicate with. Beach very quiet and great location away from busy downtown area which was an easy drive to get to. Condo even had beach chairs which was great. Ice maker. All the kitchen necessities. Wifi. One flight of stairs, no elevator that we saw but that didn't matter to us. Laundry room right around the corner of our condo which could be helpful for a longer stay. Would definitely love to visit again

Awesome accommodations. Retired Marine and the first vacation in a while. Was very clean and everything I needed. Host was very responsive in just checking on my stay. Honestly 2 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to the pool. The balcony is where I spent most of my time just looking at the view. Took binoculars and got to watch dolphins out in the water. Eyesight isn’t great. Hopefully I’ll be back soon!!!

Wonderful condo - on the deck we could see the Savannah River and ocean. Loved watching the large ships pass by. Also loved eating on the deck - weather was cool enough. Condo was clean, leather sofa was very comfy. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The caretaker(?) of the condo - I think Laura Coleman - was super nice and always available.

This was a perfect place for our vacation! The facilities around the condo and inside the condo itself were very clean. It also felt like a safe location with lots of kind people around. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins from our balcony SEVERAL times. The private pool and beach were lovely. The rest of the island was amazing as well! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is super! The place had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed the space and the location. It’s a bit cramped, especially with young children, but we didn’t necessarily plan on spending tons of time in the condo anyway. It was mostly clean (the floor was dirty, but I probably wouldn’t have noticed if we hadn’t had a crawling baby) and otherwise perfect. The proximity to a beautiful beach was perfect and we had an amazing time as a family. However, the owner did not respond to some concerns that came up in a timely manner, leading to our earlier than planned departure. She had said to reach out if we had any questions or concerns, but when I messaged and called multiple times that night I did not receive a reply until late the next afternoon, and we needed to make a decision before that. We were disappointed to end our weekend early, but it was the best decision for our family with a lack of timely response. That being said, we did like the unit and I would consider booking again.

Perfect for our family of 3. I spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the dolphins. We saw so many dolphins and ships. We enjoyed the short walk to the private beach entrance, which made it easy for us to visit the beach everyday while we were there. I highly recommend staying here if, especially if you want something a bit more quiet than the south end of the island.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. There are a lot of extra towels and blankets. It's on the 2nd floor but the stairs have rubber treads - no fear of slipping. There is not laundry inside the unit but there is laundry on site. The walk to the water is a boardwalk. The property is on the river side of the island where the waves are mild and so are the crowds. I have no complaints at all about this property and would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nice. It's close to the pool and parking lot by accessing the stairs. Our hiccups had nothing to do with the owner but were more building related. The only elevator is located on the other end of the complex and is difficult to find because it is on the other side of double doors. After a quick call to the owner we found it and were able to get to our room. We then had an issue getting the door unlocked but another quick call to the owner got us back on track. The person responsible for housekeeping did a terrible job in the bathroom. The toilet was nasty with splatters inside the bowl. A dirty hand towel was found inside the drawer of the sink with makeup on it. Again, out of the control of the owner. This condo is small but had plenty of room for the 3 of us. It was stocked with several necessities like salt, pepper, coffee filters and such which I'm sure were left behind by previous tenants. We also made use of the beach chairs, umbrella (it's broken but still works), and toys, and pool toys from the closet. This was a very nice stay and memories were made that will last a lifetime.

The place was nice and clean but it was not made for four adults. A couple could stay in there comfortably, but our adult children had to sleep on couch and floor. Not big enough for four people.

Condo was very clean and great access to the beach! Only downside, the mattress needs replaced in the bedroom due to being very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs. Me and my husband did not sleep well due to this. Also there were no sheets for the air mattress.

This property is set back away from alot of other places and was very peaceful. Only 150 steps from door to beach with a lovely view from the balcony. It's not far from restaurants and activities and many historical places to visit.

The condo was great. Everything we needed. Awesome location! Pool and beach just steps away. So many Dolphins!

Absolutely love Tybee and Savannah Beach and Racquet Club. Condo was perfect for just the two of us. Had everything we wanted and needed. Coming back in a couple of months

The condo was quaint. I wouldn't recommend more than 2 people, due to space. Easy access to the beach, and short distance to downtown.

My significant other and I stayed for 2 nights agter a short but hectic family vacations.The tranquility was just what we needed. The sounds of the ocean from the beloncy allowed us to have a very nice dinner with a gorgeous view. With a 5 minute walk to the beach you cant go wrong! The property was very clean and homey feeling. We truly hope to return in the future.

The view was a peekaboo view, all you see is parking lot and trees and condos.. and a small view of the ocean. It’s a high tide beach ,The water rises to the entrance steps. It took us an hour to check in.The directions are unclear .The owner did not respond until the next day .(Inside Fridge??No Rats there…sprayed on regular basis.)..Her sarcastic answer to us asking why there was a mouse trap on the SIDE of the refrigerator.. .. The bedroom is very small , Hard to navigate around the small space between the bed and the wall, smacked my head getting out of the bed to go to the bathroom.Theres a permanently installed mirror over the only window in the bedroom , seems unsafe , in case of fire ..

Our stay was nice - clean condo perfect for 2. We enjoyed exploring the island and walking up the beach daily. Our only issue was the keypad did not lock the unit, so we did have to carry around the physical key to esure we could lock up .. not a big deal, though. Would recommend staying here!

We had trouble getting the gate card out of the box. We didn't know where the elevator was so we had 3 elderly, handicapped people going up the stairs with bags. Once inside, the view of the water, the breeze and the inside was very much worth it effort. The only suggestion i would offer is, i would get a clean mattress for the bunkbed and seal the gap between the mattress and the wall.

My husband and I stayed in this condo on September 25, 26 and 27, 2024. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the condo. The decor is beautiful. The view from the balcony is exactly as pictured in the description and was very enjoyable. We did indeed see dolphins from the balcony on the first afternoon of our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was huge! The kitchen is well stocked with any utensil or pan you might need. On Friday morning Hurricane Helene hit Florida, and the power went out on the whole island. We spent all of the day and night in the dark with no air or power. However, we still enjoyed being there and each other. Tybee Island itself is a very nice and quaint town. Because of the weather, we didn't get to go to any shops and get souvenirs for our grandchildren. The only downside about the condo was getting into it. The elevator is all the way at the opposite end of the building and it's a long haul down the hall from the elevator to the condo. There are stairs that come up right beside the condo, but if you have problems with your knees or legs (as I do) it's kinda tough. I highly recommend this condo and hope that someday we might come back again when there's not a hurricane threatening! We thank our Lord for safety going down, while there and going home. Our Host, Laura, was very accommodating and always responded promptly.
