Was everything it advertised. Great stay would return

4 days of peace! The pool was great. Add a hot tub and I might stay a month next time!

The property itself was really good. The one problem on day one was that the stove top did not work properly, the microwave did not work, and a few other things. The great thing was that they were incredibly responsive and fixed things quickly (sometimes same day). There were two problems: first, there is a small office off of the primary bedroom (one of the reasons we rented the place, since I had to work on the weekdays). Turns out the property next door was being constructed, and there was loud talking and radio playing for about 1/2 of our stay. And of course, the office was right next to the construction site. Problem two: a major reason for paying so much money is that out was on the intercoastal. I love looking out at the water, and the kids like to fish at night right in our back yard. After a few days, a very large ugly boat docked there. The views from the living room and my bedrooms were totally blocked. I wouldn’t have minded a nice looking yacht, but this was a huge ugly boat. Honestly, if I knew this boat was going to be there, I would have rented elsewhere. Even sitting by the pool, all you saw was this monstrosity. So it’s for these two reasons the site got 4 stars. But for this, it was a 5 star place.

Beautiful place in great location, the host was very attentive and genuinely cared for our comfort and satisfaction, responded immediately to any concerns and communicated effectively. My family enjoyed the stay and would rent the place again

This was a beautiful property. We felt very safe and comfortable. Had the pool to ourselves, the views were superb.......It was just an all around great trip for me and the fam. Minutes away from eateries, the mall, as well as the beach. When we come back, we're definitely staying here! Devon was great with his responses to us and making sure we were well taken care of.

Communication with the property manager could not have gone more smoothly. Beautiful spot, very clean, great location. We really enjoyed our stay.
