Two Bedroom Home Near Beach (Santa Barbara)

Easy check-in and host was super responsive and accommodating! The space was spotless and the hot tub was great (actually gets hot!). The backyard was super cute; and the condo is a short 5-minute walk to Lazy Acres and Lighthouse coffee!Generally, sheets, pillows, towels, kitchen amenities, hair and body products, etc. weren’t the highest quality, but we spent most of our time out and about so didn’t mind — just to set expectations.

The house was clean with minimal and simple appointments. This home could be so much more inviting and welcoming. The tv remote batteries were dead, so no TV. Faucet in master bath was loose along with the toilet paper holder. Easy fixes though. Back yard not very inviting.We were really only there to sleep, so it served our purpose. Close to grocery and coffee shop.

Our adult family was in town for a very short period of time, and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions. We loved being able to walk to the coffee shop in the morning, as well as to the other stores and the park down the block. We enjoyed being in Mesa (away from downtown) with plenty of local shops and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the charming backyard too with the hot tub. It was nice being in a home where we could spread out instead of being in a small hotel room. Thank you for a great weekend.

We booked this home for graduation weekend and it was a wonderful choice. There was plenty of space for all of us in this comfortable and clean home. We enjoyed the backyard and the short walk to the beach and the ice cream shop were bonuses.

Spend a quiet weekend in Santa Barbara with the family. The home has everything we needed, and we felt very comfortable. Will definitely be back! Great location and a quiet neighborhood.

This space was relaxing, clean, close to town. We had a great vacation weekend and thoroughly enjoyed this quaint home! The hot tub was wonderful and the beds were cozy, comfortable and warm! The location was lovely and friendly. We brought our bikes and rode to dinner every night in the funk zone!
