The toys in the condo were great! We brought some of our own and never got them out of the bag. Would highly recommend this condo to any family. We did find some sand between the couch cushions and some hair in the shower but overall the condo was very clean.

This condo is in excellent condition with so many appreciated little touches that elevate the experience - the coffee bar, the foosball coffee table, all the games and beach/pool supplies. The location on the north end makes it quiet enough for relaxing, while also providing many onsite amenities like the pools, gym, restaurants. (The heated outdoor covered pool is new, but it was still pretty chilly! Could stand to be raised a couple degrees.) Additional restaurants within a 5 min drive and Surf City restaurants and shops within about 15 min. Super prompt responses from the owner and the property management company anytime we needed anything or had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is so thoughtfully put together and beautifully designed, the owners have really thought of every detail to make the space work well for families from the well-stocked kitchen, to the house toys to the beach toys to the layout of the condo. The pool was awesome and the location close to the beach couldn't be beat. I was also amazing having amenities like the ice cream/coffee shop on the ground floor and the playgorund around the corner. We definitely plan to visit again!

Love the access to the beach with the ramp especially with a child with special needs. Couch does not fold out to a bed as advertised but we made it work.
