It was clean, plenty of sleeping room and quiet. Great location for our day trips to Petoskey, water park, Boyne City, and Mackinac Island. We enjoyed the ski lift rides and the nightly s’mores. My only critique would be there was 8 of us & only one chair & table on the deck so we were unable to enjoy sitting on the deck at night.

One glitch, the smoke alarms went off simultaneously early Sunday morning. After a slight panic and a call to you, we had a good laugh.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Overall, it was good for what we needed. We appreciated that there were necessities provided, towels, garbage bags, dish soap etc. A few things we were not happy about were the ants in the kitchen, on the countertops, stove and walls, the TVs were not functional, they were not smart tvs and could not pair with our devices, and most of the games were missing a lot of pieces so we could not play them. It was a beautiful setting and the location was great.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024We came with a party of 12 (6 parents, 6 children age 6 - 10) and had plenty of room to sleep and hang out. The owners were very responsive. The coffee pot was broken and they came over with a new one in under 20 minutes. We visited in the summer and enjoyed the water park. This place would be a skier's dream with the set up on the lower level! We would stay again.

Ski locker room is nice for getting dressed/undressed into ski gear. The only negative we all agreed on is that the recent updates to the bunny hill and movement of the boyneland lift make it much more difficult to ski in/out than in the past.
