Stayed Dec 31, 1969this place is located in a nice spot close to the center of town and the beaches but there was 2 significant issues with the place: first one showerhead pipe broke and nearly hit my niece in the head the caretaker did have a plumber come out and fix it the next day, but the other shower had zero water pressure only a dribble of water would come out. Finally the other problem the air conditioner in the living room didn't work and they did not want to fix it so very hot and uncomfortable in that room fortunately the 2 bedrooms had air and we slept fine. Overall not bad but could be a lot better.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The was pretty much perfect and exactly what we wanted. The backyard was fabulous and perfect for slow mornings in the sun with coffee. We didn't use the grill, but I imagine that would need to be replaced if so. The house was clean and tidy and plenty spacious. It was a short walk, maybe 10 minutes to town, but probably about 15-20 to the beach. We used bikes and it was perfect for us. I liked being slightly outside the noise of the hustle and bustle.

Stayed Dec 18, 2017Easy 5min walk into the centre of town but far enough away to be nice and quiet. The garden is awesome with a nice lawn and big palms for shade. Needs a new BBQ (current ones rusted away) and an inside lounging and dining setup, especially ahead of the next rainy season.
