Stayed Nov 18, 2023The check in process was kind of non existent, could have been communicated way better. Also not much instruction in the room, like where is trash shoot, how should we leave the condo, etc…place was clean and beautiful location that we really enjoyed, just need more info on check in process and room instructions

Stayed Feb 19, 2023I loved everything about this unit. The view was perfect, the sound of the waves carried through the house all hours of the day, everything seemed newly updated and it was very clean. All appliances worked extremely well. The only downside to this property was that it was hard to get information once we were there. The main Compass company has one helpline you can call, but there is no way to directly speak with the agents at their office on the property unless you physically drive or walk there. They don't even have a direct phone line. The management company gets their information from the HOA, but it must be outdated because they gave me incorrect answers to several of my questions about the unit and the resort property. The online portal system was also not working upon arrival, so thankfully I got someone who could help me on the helpline. The helpline people were all very friendly and wanted to be helpful but most of the time the things I was asking about were out of their scope or control. It was weird not to have contact with anyone who knew this unit personally or who had been inside it. It would be really helpful if all the info was in the welcome packet, but it wasn't. The checkout process was nowhere to be found which caused a lot of stress for me on our last day. Finally I had the main helpline person read it to me over the phone. I found out from her that the check out process was on the online portal but the portal was overall unhelpful during the week, nor was there a reminder anywhere (even on the daily texts they sent me trying to highlight spa days and things to purchase) to check the portal, so I had not thought to check there. We also couldn't find the wifi info until the last night we accidentally came across it in a drawer under the TV. Other than this issue of not having the correct info about some of the things on the property (days the tiki bar would be open, beach service questions, pool and wifi questions etc), the actual unit itself was delightful and I woudl definitely stay again.

Stayed Oct 21, 2021Property was clean and had everything we needed. Everything about this property was amazing from the private elevator entrance to the stunning views from our balcony. We have two suggestions- the toilets are loud so quiet toilets would be great as well as the option to put the twin beds together to make a third king bedroom. This was our first trip to Destin and we will definitely be back!
