Tropical 2BR Condo w/ Partial Ocean View | Bougainvillea | Reserva Conchal

A very quiet and comfortable unit overlooking the golf course. We had all the amenities we needed. Good communication from the rental agency.

The view from our backyard is beautiful. We see the morning moon change to the sun over the golf course with iguanas, deer and birds while enjoying our coffee outdoor in the morning as well as our cocktail mid-afternoon. The service from OCC concierge is impressive as they take care of anything you may need. The kitchen could use more dishes, glasses & cutlery. Internet would be nice to have in the second bedroom

Great place for our family to stay for a week. So many amenities and excellent service. We will stay here every time we come to Costa Rica!

Highly recommended Very nice condo in a beautiful location! these rentals are managed by a rental team and everything works. Communication is flawless. Playa conchal complex is really nice , the beach club has a nice pool, the beach is beautiful (very) and there are kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles to use…the restaurant in the beach club is also good.... From the condo to the beach club is around 7 minutes by car. We highly recommend this location.

Just as described. Conchal beach within the Beach Club is beautiful and the club has all the services including restaurant, swimming pool, etc. Great host!

Amazing property management.

For Reserva Conchal it is a good value. The pool is lovely and very close. The drawbacks are the many steps down to the front door. The kitchen needs more plates, cutlery and coffee cups. I bought extras for our stay. There is a good BBQ. The resort is beautiful and beach is lovely. The property management is very good and responsive to issues that arose, although minor. A golf cart is helpful to access the resort easily.

Loved the condo, the Reserva, the Beach Club. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Patio view of golf course amazing place for morning coffee. Early enough and you’ll hear the howler monkeys. We didn’t use the condo pool, but it is literally 20 steps away and beautiful. We loved the Beach Club. Very nice service, food was good, beach and pool lovely. Only con was that Property managers weren’t as described. Don’t expect concierge service or for them to answer the phone. Expect at least 2 days response if by email. One of our tour operators also noted that they do not answer the phone. They will advertise help with tours, dinner reservations,etc. But when asked, you’ll get a link to online or a phone number to the restaurant. No big deal as I can make my own arrangements, but don’t advertise you’ll do it. Again, this is the way to go. The W and The Westin are extremely expensive. You’ll have a wonderful experience here. We rented a car, but you don’t need to. There is a shuttle for the Reserva, which we saw many times. All tours will pick you up. Pure Vida!

Lovely golf course and mountain view. Unit was nicely decorated and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay for a couple nights at this two bedroom condo. The building complex had a nice pool, large enough for laps. Parking was close to the unit. We played the Playa Conchal golf course. It was a nice course, fairways were dry but in relatively good condition. All in all, a very nice stay.
