Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Holiday Surf & Racquet is the perfect location on the beach off of the main road that runs through Destin. Beach wasn’t overcrowded. Pool was always clean. Staff were friendly and professional. Room was perfect for 6. No issues. Will definitely be back in the future.

The property was nice and we loved everything about it accept for the beds and pillows being super hard. If you stay here you will want to bring pillows. Unless you like flat hard pillows. Other than that the place was great.

The only suggestion I have is that I wish the dining room table had been bigger to accommodate more than 4 people. I love sitting on the balcony in the mornings, drinking my coffee and watching the waves come in!

This was our second time to stay at Holiday Surf and it was as great as our first visit. The location is convenient. The condo and property clean and well kept. We like that the beach and pool are right outside the door. All of the condos face the beach and pool. A beautiful view! We will be back.

This stay was with family so we required 2 condos and neither disappointed!! Both unit #515 and #619 were very clean and well stocked with items. The grounds were well kept and again the desk staff was helpful and so very friendly!!

Brought the entire family for a stay in the 2 bedroom with 2 fulls and a queen bed. Was a perfect fit for us. Beautiful room that I would definitely choose again and again. Location was central to all our favorite things to do and eat in Destin. Can’t wait for our next stay!

I reported sunday morning and it took until monday for a work order to be generated. No one ever responded to us until we checked with the office tuesday morning to find out you had to email the owners. Never seen a mattress & box springs so bad that we could sleep for the squeakiness. I cannot believe a 5 star resort does not have a spare set of mattresses. Weve stayed in other rooms before and had refridgerator replaced. With us coming 3 to 4 times a year for the past 12, we are very disappointed. We will be back, but never in 515.Very poor management!

It was fully loaded with everything needed and loved that there was a private washer and dryer just outside the entrance to the unit. We loved the location and proximity to restaurants, fun and shopping but also the peace and quiet while at the resort/beach area!! The grounds and pool area was well maintained and beautiful!! The staff was amazing and friendly! I would highly recommend and would definitely reserve again!! I was so glad a friend recommended to me!! I look forward to another stay with my family!!
