Treetop Retreat on the Guadalupe Ultra Private 3rd Floor End Unit

Every thing was so well thought out! We lacked for nothing!!! The deer sleeping on the lawn was so charming!!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We had access to the river and floats were provided as a courtesy. I would gladly book another stay at this location.

The condo was dirty. The cookware was so old and worn that I could not use it. This place was so outdated and unkept that we could not believe the owners would charge so much for a run down unit. The dryer had a piercing noise that was unbelievable. The woodwork, washer area and the return air vent were dirty and dusty. The condo was in a private area with no outside noises so we did sleep there. I did not complain to the owner because there were so many areas that needed improvement that it would have been impossible to make them right. We have never stayed in a VRBO location that was so unkept and “unloved” by the owners.

Condo location was a little oasis. Very clean and supplied with everything you would need on your trip. Suzanne was very responsive with any needs we had.

Property was beautiful, it was just like in the pictures. First day we arrived was bright and very sunny. One of my son's wristbands came off (wouldn't stick anymore) due to accidentally spraying sunblock on his forearm wrist area. But Suzanne came to the rescue immediately leaving us an extra two wristbands just incase it tore, broke off or couldn't stick anymore. Glad she did, because it broke off while he was swimming in the river snagging a branch under water. Suzanne also gave perfect instructions before we arrived with all the codes on how to get around the premises. Thankyou so much Suzanne for being there when we needed you! She has excellent communication, the place was very clean, beautiful perfect view looking off the balcony, and had all the amenities including tubes to go tubing down the river. Me, my wife & 3 kids had a blast. I highly recommend this place!

This is a lovely condo located right by the Comal. We had a lovely stay and Suzanne is a fantastic host. We highly recommend staying here. We’ll be back!

Our stay was amazing! The host had a binder full of tubing locations, tubes with air pumps, beach towels AND sunscreen for us to use. Our kiddos loved the on site pool. We spotted several squirrels and birds in the tree next to the porch. Thank you for the stay!

We always enjoy the Hill Country in spring. This was a great centralized location to venture out on day trips to other Hill Country locations. Took one day just to lay by the pool and read on a blanket under the trees by the river and it was very relaxing. Great communication with the owner and found the accommodation to be quiet and relaxing.

Enjoyed our stay. The decor is updated with comfortable furniture and beds. The swimming pool and hot tubs were nice. The hostess was very responsive when we had a problem with the electronic lock, which was fixed promptly. The place was very well supplied, with coffee, sugar, spices, etc. Some downsides: not good for people who can’t negotiate a lot of stairs, as it is on the third floor, with the only elevator located at the other end of the condo and a long walk from the parking places. The place was overall very clean, but a few small things need attention, such as a couple pieces of old stained cookware, cleaning of the furnace air return, and some touch up painting. The location on the river with the large lawn is very good. I would be happy to stay there again.

The manager, Suzanne F., went above a beyond in all aspects of our stay from arranging flowers to recommending TOp restaurants to asking the right questions to understand our needs and expectations. She like NO other manager we have come across. She will ensure your stay is an exceptions memory. We will definitely return to the property.

We came to town for Wurstfest- our first year bringing an infant with us so the fact that the check in was so easy, the property was clean but cozy, and in a great location were big perks! We were so close to downtown and to Gruene, We actually loved being on the top floor with no one above us or to one side of us, as well as facing our to the back of the property versus parking lot/other buildings. Would absolutely stay here again!!

you don' t see the water from the balcony, but it is a nice place, quick drive into downtown, Gruene Hall and Buc-ees.

Suzanne was great, the condo was great, and the location was great. What else could you ask for? There were no problems or complaints. I would stay there again.

It was a beautiful property with river access which was exactly what we were looking for. Easy check in and check out. The property owner is well organized and detailed, which I appreciate.

We loved our stay. We have two young boys and they enjoyed swimming in the river and the pool. Everything is as shown with the condo. It was clean and communication with the owner was easy. Short walk to a great location on the river. The condo pool was clean and relaxing with two hot tubs. Also the large green space is fun for throwing a football or frisbee. And very close to the water park. Great getaway!

My husband and I spend a few days hanging out on the river while our kids were at camp. The location of the condo is perfect for privacy. Loved the options of sitting in the river or the pool! I enjoyed sitting on balcony in the morning and listening to all the birds in the tree right by the balcony. This location provides everything you need: tubes, towels, movies, and a kitchen stocked with cook wear! We plan on coming back with the kiddos!

We loved access to the river right behind the complex. Also so close to the water park. The pools were great, overall great experience!
