Treehouse serenity, access to RB Resort amenities, Dog friendly.

This home has prime real estate overlooking a golf course in the middle of the mountains!The property was very clean, comfortable and equipped for anything you may need.The owner went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay and even arranged for us to be able to use the pool/spa facilities nearby.This is a great place to which to retreat yet there is plenty to do and see in surrounding Asheville, Hendersonville…..a great place to get away and relax!

Property was better than anticipated, area was very nice and clean, lots of amenities is that you wouldn’t normally get with any normal property… That is what sets this one aside from all the others! We’ll definitely come back! Local stores, shops, eating areas were super nice and friendly… Food was exceptional! Definitely highly recommend!!!

This condo is nice and ok communication with host. The commode in the king bedroom did not work. I emailed the host the day we arrived and received no response until after we left. We had to share 1 commode the entire visit.The condo is dog friendly. The entire living room and kitchen had an unbearable smell of dog urine. The smell was gasping the entire visit. Until all cleaned up and commode fixed I do not recommend. The back porch was not cleaned up, full of cob webs and debris. This condo needs some tlc.

This condo was so clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. And the owner was absolutely wonderful to work with. I highly recommend. Even though it rained the entire time and we only went out once it was most relaxed vaca in a long time.

From my first message, Shawn was very responsive. Check in was a breeze. Directions were perfect and everyone including neighbors were all friendly. Great location and so many things to do at Rumbling Bald Resort. The highlight was the bears we saw. Lake Lure and Chimney Rock are still rebuilding from the devastation of Hurricane Helene last year, so I hope more people will visit. Stay at this place and you can enjoy the resorts and the many restaurants in the area. My adult children are already talking about the next time we visit.

Bear Haven is a charming property that feels like you're in a tree house! Beautiful, quiet surroundings, well equipped. Shawn was a wonderful host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We stopped at Ingles and grabbed some groceries and had a kitchen that was well stocked with everything you need to make breakfast/lunch/dinner. The bedrooms were just as described and all the beds slept well. It was peaceful and we felt like we were in a treehouse! We will stay again and we’ve told our family about the property so they know where to stay as well. Thank you Shawn!!!

Great, cozy spot about a mile from Rumbling Bald Golf Course and overlooking Apple Valley Golf Course. We stayed here and attended a wedding. Dog friendly with everything you could possibly need for a weekend getaway.

Just as advertised...even better. Very comfortable and homey. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, clean, and pet friendly. Great escape for our Christmas family get together. Highly recommend. Can only imagine how lovely it is in the warm season. Thank you!

This condo was the perfect size for the 4 of us. It's beautiful! I purchased this trip for a Christmas present for us to give back to the communities impacted by Hurricane Helene and we were able to shop at the Tryon Equestrian Center and support local restaurants on this trip. Would definitely stay at this condo again. Loved the location, and the owner was helpful with my messages!!

This property is in the perfect location to play incredible mountain golf courses! Then at the end of the day escape to the quiet of the woods to relax! We will definitely return!

My family was in Lake Lure for a family retreat. The owner has a special attention to detail that was greatly appreciated. We had the pleasure of being visited by an adolescent bear! Very appropiate for the Bear theme of decor!

Absolutely wonderful! Location and property is very convenient for our family’s needs with great views of the golf course underneath a shady canopy of trees. Great property located minutes away from all the fun amenities of the Rumbling Bald Resort. Family had a great time kayaking, hiking, and relaxing at the pool.
