Flat screen TV with dvd. Short 2 minute walk to the beach. Many outdoor grills located on property. This condo is located on scenic 30A with short walks to many shops and restaurants. Bike and chair/umbrella rentals available. No Cleaning fees:). I live close by and clean it myself.

Stayed May 31, 2026Excellent and well-maintained property, very clean and in a prime location. The host is very responsive. The unit was just the right size for a couple. Stayed Apr 14, 2026Mattress is very old and needs replacing, also place needs a good cleaning. The walls above the bed were covered in dust and the floors were dirty.
