Townhouse Condo in the the White Mountain region sleeps 15 Hot Tub Central AC

The place was great for our large family and location was ideal and close to down town North Conway. Walking distance to many places for us as we enjoyed it. Ample space to sleep though place could use new furnishings. We had a very comfortable time with our family and enjoyed every bit of our 3 nights. Hiking routes are also not too distant from the home and very accessible. Overall place is great and updating of mattress and couches will make the place even more fun and homier. Andy was very responsive and flexible during our exit of the place. Indoor hot tub was a blessing for the kids who enjoyed it thoroughly after long day outdoors.

Near everything. Plenty of space for large group. Could use some updates but would stay here again.

Upon arrival we noticed how dirty the condo was. Floors were dirty, fridge filthy, stove had spilled food on cook top. Couches just by looking at them were never sat on. Utensils were visibly not clean but put away like they were. Beds were unmade which made hairs of all kinds visible. Dirty wet towels left on outside deck. I reached out to the property owner and he reached out to his cleaner who said such property was cleaned throughly which was not. And with COVID should’ve been extra clean. He also apologized saying he has to trust his cleaners do a good job as he manages them remotely. No mention about refunding any money to me. So after heading to the local Walmart to get cleaning supplies and spending 350.00 more dollars for blankets and Air mattresses and Pillows for 7 of us and such just so we could sleep the night. Never again will I book just by the ratings!!!

This property is large and comfortable, and the location was superb. We could have, and did, walk to stores and restaurants, and went to North Conway Village several times, as it was just five minutes down the road. There was tons of sleep options, plenty of room for meals and relaxing, and three bathrooms, always a plus for a large family. There were a couple minor cleaning issues, but Andy was very responsive and supportive. For a centrally located stay in the North Conway area, this location can't really be beat.

It’s hard to find one place for three families but we were very happy with this property. Close to everything we wanted to do and very comfortable.

The property has a great location that is near many stores and outlet shops. The house was very clean and had all the amenities that were necessary. Overall, I had a great experience.

Overall the location and space was really fantastic . Could use some freshening updates but other than that a good pick ! Andy was very responsive and helpful throughout the process .

We stayed 2 nights, its great place to stay for big gang . Lots toys, adults games and so on...

The condo inside was very clean. there was not enough sheets to cover 1 bed that was used. a couple of the pillow cases had rips in them there was a lower level outside living area with 2 dirty grills and dirty seating the upper level screen in porch and open porch tables and chairs dirty, there was a snow shovel left there, the ping pong table inside was broken. Contacted owner about this the first night .sent pictures. later in evening noticed cracked TV and bedframe sent pictures.. he texted asking was i complaining or FYI? very surprised with that .. next morning looking forward to trying hot tub only to find dirt in it,, sent pictures again,, Expressed my disappointment with all of this ,we were looking forward to these features shown about this condo. Owner contacts me in early afternoon and says its outside and wipe the pollen off. I stated this is more than pollen this is dirty. He did offer to have some one come and clean. I did say i had expected it to been done this morning after all was sent last night, at this point we are trying to enjoy the day. We didn't book this to sit in all day.i don't want wait for someone to clean all these living areas that should of been cleaned prior to our arrival. So when at the condo we confined ourselves to the inside livable area,, with no outside living, Disappointed not able to enjoy the out door experience that where represented to us as part to of the condo accommodations,

Loved the location the condo was very roomy for all of us to spread out. The grandkids had fun with all the toys that were there. Loved the pool. It was a great week. Thank you Andy so much
