Town of Dewey Beach condo with marina views, pool, balcony

Wonderful stay in Dewey Beach! Condo was very clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of amenities!Close to bay and beach and several restaurants; we recommend The Dewey Post (3 min walk) for breakfast/coffee/chai - excellent breakfast sandwich.Small minor issues: the shower head should be replaced and refrigerator has a beeping noise.Would definitely stay again!

This place was fantastic. Location was great too! Within walking distance of Nalu, Rusty Rudder, The Lighhouse. Other places were further down, but totally walkable. Fully stocked almost everything. Had a great beach closet. We didn’t really need to bring beach gear at all since they had everything already. Great washer/dryer set. Lots of wash towels, hand towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Loaded with kitchen utensils and Keurig coffee maker & pods, regular coffee maker, and they also had an espresso machine (which we didn’t attempt to use, but was tempted. ). 2 balconies. Couch is a pull out and the smaller loveseat is a pull out too. Also, a roof top pool! We usually look for a 2 bedroom for our family, but since we booked late, there was not a lot of inventory left. And this place did not disappoint! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This place also offered 2 parking spots! Checkin was super easy as was the checkout process. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and there's plenty of amenities in the unit. The only two issues we had were with the shower (specifically the shower head that needs to be replaced) and a refrigerator that beeps, constantly.

This was the second year we were able to rent this property and feel pretty lucky..Location, Cleanliness, ease of checking in and out such a well decorated and updated unit. Everything was great again..easy walking distance to beach, fishing,shopping,and restaurants and yet quiet location. .restaurantsbeaches,restaurants,shoppinetc

We enjoyed the property. We have two small dogs so we were happy to find a place that would host us. The location was great and the building was pretty empty due to the season. The place was very well stocked. We would definitely rent again.

I love Dewey Beach and this condo was perfect. Short walk to the best beach in Dewey. The condo is beautiful and so comfortable. I’ll come back soon.

Great location and property, think priced a bit high for the size of a 1 bedroom condo,little noisy at night from street traffic.Overall great experience.

Loved all the extras of linens, pillows, towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, robes and slippers, and beach supplies! The hosts really prepared their unit with essentials for guests!

Excellent stay..walking distance to everything..bay-100ft, ocean 1block, restaurants 1 block..the condo was beautiful and allocated with all you would need.
