Topsail Dunes end unit - sunrise & sunset views - oceanfront pool & beach access

The unit was under construction no water and dirty! Unable to reach anyone with the rental property and could not get assistance from VACASA or VRBO! Had to find another place on our own and then finally heard back from Coastal properties. They did reimburse the deposit but a credit for another trip would be appreciate

Had a water leak a day in and had to leave and pack up with our entire family with a new born and multiple toddlers and be relocated. It took 5 hours to be put in a new place: there was zero compensation and it took an entire day out of our 3 day vacation to be relocated. Was not at all happy with our experience.

Beach view was amazing! Home was pretty well-equipped and relatively comfortable. The living room furniture was a bit difficult to get out of.

The location is amazing - you cannot get anymore on the beach. The appliances could be upgraded - we did not use the stove as it looked like it was falling apart and the washing machine was not at 100% either. Beds were all uncomfortable for different reasons. Communication was timely with the management company. The location of this rental was exactly what we were looking for.

Pictures were a little deceptive. Appliances needs updated. Stove was hard to work with and dishwasher did not wash ver well. Bed comfort was terrible and they all need replace with higher quality for what the unit was renting for. Not as clean as anticipated. Probably won’t rent again. Area and beach was nice. Also air conditioning did not keep up on hot days. Got to warm in unit. Has potential to be better with some investment. Just my suggestion.

Property just as described! Excellent beach views from multiple angles!! Super comfortable beds and best pillows ever!!! 4 adults & 3 kids ages 8-14. Perfect beach location and access!

We ended up scrambling on Saturday afternoon to find a new place b/c our rental had water damage which you knew anout but your relocation team failed to inform us

property was excellant had problems with tv in both bedrooms but we didn't go to watch tv. all of us are elderly and didn't have an elevator got very tired of walking up and down steeps

We booked this rental because of the oceanfront views, and it did not disappoint! Photos were accurate, and it was a lovely place to stay.

The view is as good as it gets! You can observe a panoramic view of the ocean from the living room, dining room and kitchen. It looks just like the picture.

The air wasn’t working and someone came out to “fix” it 3 times and each time it got worse. We left a day early due to the temp in the house reaching 82 degrees. There was no urgency to fix our issue and no concern for us being uncomfortable. Otherwise the location was perfect

Overall good place to stay. Pictures are accurate. Right on the beach which was amazing. Smart TV but only cable works which was disappointing. But location and access to the beach which was not crowded at all was the best. Good value for three bedroom/two bath and right on the beach.

We saw dolphins multiple days. The beach access was ok but a bit of a walk. No elevator.
