Topsail Dunes condo - ocean-view balcony - beach access & beachfront pool

It was a great location and view. The unit was nice. Mattresses could use some upgrading. There was no hot water the first day and our ac went out on our last day. WiFi also never worked

The Location

This is a no frills, yet everything you need condo! The view is stunning and the bed is comfortable. When we arrived, the unit was clean, the beds were made, and the balcony was clean and neat! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Can’t beat the location, just needed some extra cleaning when we first arrived. Bed is comfortable but noisy.

Property was as described. You cannot get any closer to the beach and the views are top notch! Check in was super easy and went very smoothly. Overall the unit was clean except for under the dining table there was a slick residue and the sliding door appeared to be smeared with maybe a cleaning product not used for glass. Not a huge deal though. The bed was a little creaky but overall comfortable. Just a couple things we noted is maybe a couple more kitchen utensils in the kitchen. Bathroom sink hand soap available and also a bathtub stopper. Maybe consider a curtain or blind for the sliding doors just for a little added privacy. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to family/friends.

You cannot get any closer to the beach. Opening the door to the sound of waves crashing on the beach was the best!

Condo great really clean and you get what you paid for. Check in and out easy. We were just 2 but It would be a bit tight with 4 adults. Right on the beach with easy access but

The unit itself was cute and had a beautiful view. It was easy to get to and the amenities of the place were nice. The beds weren’t very comfortable, but doable. We didn’t have hot water the first day/night of our stay, but someone was out the next day to fix it. The wifi never worked. On our last day the ac went and while they did send someone out to repair it, there was no repair done.

It was a good time

I would not recommend. AC was broken for much of trip and WiFi was down for entire trip which also meant no tv. Beach is eroding so little beach.

No Wi-Fi all week and the air conditioning didn’t work, beach eroded

Beautiful view, great beach access, easy access. The bed is not comfortable at all (and I can sleep anywhere) and if you do get comfortable and move an inch the squeaking will wake you up A bed upgrade would be great!

It was a perfect location with a perfect view

This home has a wonderful view of the ocean. Spacious. The only complaints I have is that the floor needed to be mopped better andthe cabinets wiped down better.The master bed is very firm and very noisy until you get settled at least. The door knobs need repaced/adjusted, I thought I was locked in.The bathroom wascleaned and nicely least

You literally cannot get closer to the water than this home. Very comfortable. Will absolutely be back.

The view here was amazing, there is no elevator in this building

Nice area, this was our 4th vacation on topsail. Never disappoints. Very guiet place.
