Topsail Dunes Beach Condo - Oceanfront! First Floor! Ramp Access!

Last minute booking and it was delightful. Well stocked and lovely accommodations

We have been looking for a beach vacation away from the retail experience and this fit the bill perfectly. Beach and beach access were top notch. Kids loved being able to do the beach in the morning and pool in the afternoon. Food options were limited but sufficient. Vibe was laid back and family oriented. Bada Bing italian ice was a nice spot for a cool down. Condo had everything we could ask for, chairs and umbrella were super useful and owner was available for anything we needed. Plenty of parking close to the building. We plan to book again!

We thorougly enjoyed our stay. The location was great being secluded gor the beach and pool side of things butcstill a short drive to plenty of shopping and restaurants. And with my husband being disabled the ramps and rlevator were a definite plus. Would highly recommend it for anyone who wants a relaxing getaway. Hope to go back again in the spring.

Ben's condo is lovely. Clean with everything we needed. Even beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels! Very easy beach access. We loved it!

5 Stars; thought of all the little things you may forget at home.

The property was in a great location and very clean. Only recommendation is for Ben to invest in a Shibumi for the guests. Carrying the umbrellas was a chore and keeping them upright in the wind was a challenge. Otherwise everything was superb and as expected and advertised.

This condo was clean, provided easy access to both the parking lot and the beach, and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The property owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would love to return this unit.

My family spent our 8-day vacation at the condo and loved the accommodations. Our beach view and amenities were the best! The condo location was minutes away from the Ocean City Jazz Festival which was our main reason for the trip.
