Top Floor Waterfront Condo Pier, Pool Pet Friendly

Instructions were clear and shared well in advance. The condo was very cozy and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The facility was clean and secure and our balcony had a wonderful view of the pier. It was also very quiet.

The hot tub was perfect with great views. The room was exactly as described and the balcony was perfect for sitting out drinking coffee and watching the water. Was within walking distance of little shops and food. It was perfect for our weekend getaway.

I was able to snag this condo at a very affordable price compared to options in Port Aransas, which was a great start to our trip. When we first arrived, I was a bit hesitant because the exterior of the property looked older and in need of a facelift. I initially worried that the room might reflect the same condition.However, as soon as we walked inside, I was pleasantly surprised. The unit was very well maintained, and everything looked clean and updated. The furniture and appliances appeared almost brand new, and the pantry and drawers were thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. I especially loved the electric griddle that was provided—I used it to make hamburgers out on the patio while enjoying the beautiful bay views.I truly can’t say enough about the customer service. The staff was incredibly responsive to any questions I had, and when we encountered a minor issue upon arrival, it was resolved immediately and professionally.The lobby was clean and welcoming, and the grounds were well kept, with freshly manicured lawns throughout the property. The front desk staff were also very friendly and accommodating. The view from the pier was absolutely stunning and definitely a highlight of our stay.Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

This was a nice little get away. The condo was nice. It was clean well decorated and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool as well. The staff was nice and everything was easy.

The condo is in a great location, beautiful waterfront, sunrise is amazing. You can walk to the little shops and on the pier. It has all the basics for a great stay. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

The location was beautiful, safe and peaceful. The building and room was as described in the advertisements. I had some questions which I sent by text and were answered in a timely and polite manner. The condo was as advertised, it was clean, homey and easy to be in. The offerings of Rockport, Texas such as shops and restaurants were easy to access from the condo. The bay was easy to access as well.

We had a great stay at Hootie and the Redfish. I highly recommend this place. It was clean and had everything we needed. Fantastic view. We will definitely stay again. The host was very responsive and helpful

The condo at Laguna Reef is everything we wanted for our vacation. It is clean, stocked with many products, beach decor, and stunning view.

Loved staying in this top floor condo! Sunrise every morning and listening to all the water birds wake up was especially wonderful!Nice, quiet, clean and very comfortable condo. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous view and clean and quiet property. Staff and the other guests were super friendly. Hot tub was very warm and relaxing though wish it was open later than 8:00 pm. Loved all the spices provided for cooking, but there was no salt or pepper?? We loaded the dishwasher before leaving, but my friend forgot to turn it on. We apologize for that. Would stay here again in a minute!

Perfect spot for vacation! If you love smaller towns, you'll love this area! Great art district, close to back with shadow water, and wishing shops. Awesome host! If you plan to do your own cooking, bring spices.

We loved opening the curtains and looking out at Arkansas Bay.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It is close to town but not so close that one would have to deal with traffic noise. The private pier is a plus. It’s still under construction, but complete enough to use. Communication with management was good when I called them. However, I sent a message through the VRBO website on a Friday and did not ever hear back from that message before we left. It wasn’t critical, but would have been nice to have received a reply. Overall we enjoyed our week there and will check its availability on another trip.

Dishes were still in the dishwasher from previous people. Ice maker on frig not working properly. (Just went and got ice.)

What a perfect place to relax and get some fishing in. The condo was as advertised with a great location and private pier. I go to the coast every year to relax after a hard month of work. This condo was the perfect place! It is clean and modern with all that you need for relaxation. It's great for the a couple or a single looking to get away. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Hootie and the Redfish so much! Views of the water were amazing. Finishes of the decor were high end. Would definitely return. The only cons: only 3 towels and 2 rags provided for 4 night stay, one was dirty although folded up. So, bring extra towels./rags. Also, the bedroom was a bit warm at 70. Would be nice if there was a separate window unit for the bedroom as the A/C doesn’t reach to bedroom well.
