Top Floor Unit in Sea Colony w extraordinary views

Everything was clean and comfortable, in a great location! I would stay again.

Nice place overall. The bathroom was small and they only left 1 roll of toilet paper and no housekeeping to restock.

The condo was nice and kept very clean. I wish it had a full cover over the patio and that the property had an elevator for ease of unpacking. I wasn’t super impressed with the area and what it had to offer, but that has nothing to do with the property itself.

As a family we stayed in this area way back in 2014 when my husband and I had just got engaged. In 2023 we came back but stayed with another property. This year, we finally got to come back and I was not disappointed with the area again! We love it in Carolina Beach. This property was perfect for our little family. The floor was slightly dirty when we got there, but nothing that was too crazy! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was very nice, I LOVED the stove the property itself was very well maintained, and the pool was perfect for the couple of days when the waves were too rough for our kids (age 10 and 3). We had to drive slightly to get to the boardwalk, but it wasn't bad, and traffic was always pretty good. Had to let the real estate company know of a few things before we left, but overall I would stay again if the price was right. This area feels like home for us, and we plan to come back every year if we can afford it!

The view was amazing Loved the ocean access. The condo was a great size for my family. The only complaint i had was the cleaners dont clean very well. The couch bed, when we laid it out, had sand and dirt on it, where we could tell they didnt even change the sheets between stays. The tub wasnt very clean. However it wasnt a big deal to throw the sheets in the washers and clean out the shower. Overall it was an excellent experience. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed the balcony and the view. Loved that it was in walking distance to several restaurants. The only down side was that the extra bed was in an alcove in the hallway. I may not have read the listing description correctly but we made it work.

Good location and unit. Beach view was great and really easy to access. Nice pool area. No elevator. No cable or streaming services, so plan accordingly. Had smart devices for streaming. Door needs some adjustment, it was tough to open and close. Cosmetic issues im unit, specifically bathroom. Coffee maker only, no keirig; plan accordingly. Bedroom not on ocean. Light controller remotes confict withing unit and suspect a neighboring unit. Would stay here again though, because it’s the beach and location that makes this place.

Family of four had a great time. This property had everything we were looking for in a beach stay. Great location. The beach and pool were visible from our balcony and quickly and easily accessible. The boardwalk, grocery and dining locations were also very close. Affordable. Clean. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Overall it was a great place to stay. Its convenient to everything in the area although the parking is a bit tight for larger vehicles, definitely not a deal breaker. The only downsides to this particular unit were the outdoor furniture was heavily rusted, the microwave would briefly turn on when you opened the door, the shower head would not swivel on the mount(you had to unscrew it from the main pipe to adjust) the paint in the bathroom was peeling and bubbling in multiple spots, there were two ceiling fans in the unit with two seperate remotes, cool right? Not so much when one remote controlled both fans and lights. Overall its a great place, it just needs a little attention. I give it a 7 out of 10 even with the issues we found.
