Firstly the location of the property was great. Close to the beach and many restaurants. However, the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired - floors, couches, doors and door handles were dirty. There was sand all over the closet where the wagon was kept which ultimately got all over the place. The beach wagon itself was missing screws and rusty and had to be fixed by ourselves to make it useable. This was mentioned in a review a year ago and nothing was done about it. The white towels for the bathrooms were not as clean as they should be. Some basic items missing in the kitchen ie cutting board kettle. Knives in knife block were rusty. Sliding door wouldn’t lock and with some toddlers with us made us uncomfortable. Also we communicated with the property manager and first they told us there were beach towels on site and then they changed their mind and said there weren’t any so we went to buy beach towels only to find that there were in fact 6 large beach towels on site. Poor communication from the property manager. Considering what we paid for this place we were not impressed with the value proposition.

Owner made check in easy and the condo was very clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Dining table on balcony took up a bit too much space, however.

Well stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable. The beach cart was so handy to get our groceries and luggage in! Air fryer and blender were awesome!

The condo is very nice and we hope to return in the near future.

Unit is in good condition. Common areas are spacious. Master and en suite are great. Lots of items for the beach, which we appreciated.

We always enjoy our stay in this condo. Great location and beautiful view of the Bay Area. The condo is very comfortable and has all the amenities needed to make our vacation comfortable.

We loved our stay at this condo! The condo was much more spacious than many. We have stayed in in the area. We loved sitting on the balcony every morning and evening! We had Thanksgiving dinner with our 4 teens at the large dining table. Accessing the condo was the easiest we’ve ever experienced. We would totally stay here again!

Wonderful stay! We've stayed in this condo building before and this unit was as good or better than the others. The rooms were spotless, and access to everything was super easy. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in the perfect location! It was just as described but more gorgeous in person. The view were breathtaking! We were able to see the dolphins almost every morning from the balcony. It was great to have the beach wagon and chairs to take to the beach. When I say this condo is the perfect location I meant just that! Everything was so close to us! Thanks for making our trip the best one yet! We would definitely stay here again!

Harbourview Grande was fantastic. The penthouse view was excellent to enjoy the patio, watch the dolphins and even had a manatee one morning. The condo was well stocked, especially beach items. The furniture was comfortable and well maintained. Location was nice to access restaurants, the beach, groceries, shopping. It allowed us flexibility to do different things each day but still close to the beach to get several hours there each day. Overall, we loved the unit. Check-in was great and easy. We had an issue with the door lock and called site manager. Problem was resolved over the phone in two minutes. We’d love to return to this unit.

Our group of 4 seniors (70) enjoyed our stay at the condo. The 3 bedrooms worked perfectly for us and everyone said their beds were comfortable and provided a good night’s rest. This condo is in easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, resorts and the beach! We especially enjoyed the balcony and watching the resident pelican, seagulls and a dolphin sighting. The complex was very quiet. The pool is small but providied a refreshing dip on the hot humid days of June. The kitchen was well equipped for all our needs! Our only disappointment was that the recliner didn’t work.

Condo was well stocked with towels for all - including beach towels (we brought our own not knowing). The beach chairs, cart and umbrella really came in handy and made our daily trips to the beach perfect. We must have stayed on an off week as there was rarely anyone in pool or hot tub, had it mostly to ourselves. We weren’t able to take advantage of the free attraction pass included with rental but will figure it out next trip. We’ve stayed at Harborview Grande condos before as it’s close to the beach, restaurants, etc. This was by far the best stay yet. Looking forward to going back.

Overall stay was wonderful. Only thing that could have made it better would be if the recliner wasn’t broken. The condo was clean with plenty of towels, added bonus is that there were beach towels too (we brought our own not knowing). The beach chairs and cart came in handy. We’ve stayed at other condos in Harborview Grande and this was by far the best. Definitely would stay again.

Clean, spacious, perfect location

We had a great time. This rental is spacious, comfortable and easy to access. We loved watching dolphins out the balcony.

We had a great time here! The condo was wonderful - we enjoyed sitting outside each morning watching the sunrise and each evening watching a family of dolphins come through the marina area. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. Will definitely be back in the future!

Gorgeous view of the harbor off balcony. This year we saw dolphins and a family of otters swam over and played on the dock. Walking distance to tons of restaurants. Beach chairs provided. Property just as described. Loved having all the beds plus blow up beds! Thanks so much!

We have been coming to Clearwater Beach for 15 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Everything about it was a 10. We found this at the last minute as our original booking was cancelled by the owner as hurricane repairs were not complete. We tried booking already for next year but it appears the week is already taken…and we can see why

The place was beautiful as was the view. You could have your coffee while watching the dolphins from the patio.

Your home is beautiful!! My only suggestion would be to replace the pillows on the beds. They are old and lumpy. The view is beautiful which is about all we could enjoy in Clearwater since they had records temps of COLD!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Very spacious with an amazing view of both the bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The location was great! Lots of restaurants and shopping as well as mini golf across this street. We definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again.

The property is beautiful and in a very nice location to the beach and restaurants.

The condo was outfitted for all our needs and was in the perfect location to walk to the beach/restaurants. The property manager was very quick to respond when we realized the air conditioner had frozen up while we were gone to Tampa for a day. Maintenance was very kind as well. Condo had enough beach gear for four adults, which was great. No issues with check in or check out.

We cannot express enough how wonderful this vacation was and this condo was simply amazing. It provided everything we needed. There is a lot of space - we are a family of 5. The views were beautiful and almost everything is of walking distance. The manager/owner of the condo was very responsive when we had a question. The beaches are gorgeous and there is so much to do on the strip. I highly recommend this condo and location. Thank you so much for everything!
