Outstanding stay! Host is outstanding with clear communication and access if needed. Everything was exactly as described.Great location, ultra clean, spacious, comfortable Condo.Well equipped with all the necessities.Ultra short walk to the beach. Unbelievable intercoastal views from the balcony. Great for morning sunrise…prime views. Great for families or couples. Easy walks to everything Clearwater beach offers shops, restaurants, etc Boat dock access with this unit huge bonus, didn’t bring it this trip will next. Security superb and ample parking, reserved covered is great. Boys loved the pool and hot tub. Cleanliness of property and amenities is such a plus! Highly recommend, will certainly re book next trip back to Clearwater Beach.

Lovely property. We usually like to stay right on the ocean. However, seeing dolphins “up close” in the channel made this alternate location choice this year well worth it. Location was great with the close grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops as well as the short walk to the beach. The only downside was that one of the elevators didn’t work a couple times so we had to take the stairs but it was just going down so that wasn’t a big deal. Also, someone kept feeding the seagulls and there was always a smell of either cigarettes or weed when we were out on the balcony. Overall I would definitely recommend this property and they may even see us back again in the future for the very reasonable weekly rate. Oh,And the beds were very comfortable which was another plus!

This was the second time we have stayed in a condo in Harborview Grande. This unit was the best as it was on the top floor and had a great view. The only thing we didn’t like was not having curtains or blinds on the sliding glass doors to the balcony. We could see other balconies.

Wonderful stay! Great location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We loved the view from the balcony and the condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. The place was well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels, bed linens, etc. Although we didn't have children, there was one closet full of items needed for a day at the beach. Overall would highly recommend.

We loved the layout of the condo. It was spacious and very clean. The view from the balcony was great. The property manager quickly responded to our question even though it was late in the evening. Would stay there again if we make it back to Clearwater!

Great location, good accommodations. Disappointed there were no blinds or curtains on the living room windows -lack of privacy was a concern as a result.

As previous Clearwater natives, my husband and I rented this place along with our son, DIL, grandson, other son and fiancée to visit family for the holidays. The condo was everything we needed and the view and location was amazing! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

The condo is great. It’s’ location is perfect and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. The balcony overlooking the bay was great as well. We were able to see lots of dolphins and manatees from the balcony.

This was a quick getaways for a few day to somewhere we’ve not been to before. We had a great time! The condo was very nice and well taken care of.

We grabbed this condo last minute after deciding to go to the beach for a few days. It was absolutely beautiful. The condo was very spacious and very clean. The kitchen has everything you might possibly need. There is also a closet with plenty of beach items for you to use. A nice bonus was the ability to park two vehicles, one of which was underneath the building in the shade. There’s a little bay on the backside of the condo in which we were able to watch dolphins swim. We would definitely stay here again!!

Visited with the Grand Children for Spring Break .Great layout, walkable and well stocked with everything needed.Dolphins could be see in the evening below the balcony overlooking the inlet.Great nearby beaches , beach chairs on hand much appreciated.

Amazing

Overall the condo was lovely, the primary suite and bathroom were a dream. The front rooms were very bright at night from all the lights outside and made it hard to sleep. Maybe some darker curtains for those rooms? We did not use the pool area, because when we tried to we found the pool looked like it had not been cleaned in a while and the hot tub was not on. Overall not a problem because we preferred to go to the beach anyways.

We unfortunately have a few issues durin our stay , the pool was broken still dispute my contacting the rental company and being assured it would be ready ; the small bathroom toilet kept running ( called maintenance, was fixed once but broke again; and no ironing board, it was supplied after calling 2 days. The facility was beautiful with fabulous views and property management was extremely professional and even gave us tickets to a dinner cruise.The group of 5 rated the over all experience as a 3

Everything was great

Excellent property, spacious, good facilities, wonderful balcony to relax. Suggest check-out is moved from 1000 to at least 1100. Super stay! Downside, we have to fly back to UK!!!
