You will feel right at home the minute you walk through the door of this top floor stunning new condo located in Granby Ranch. Top notch finishes, light adorned, mountain views, and endless amenities are just a few of the perks you will enjoy while staying here. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area and vaulted family room. After a day exploring, warm up in front of the gas fireplace while enjoying the large flat screen TV. This condo also features an outdoor covered balcony which offers a gas grill and an outdoor dining option.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, walk-in closet and attached full bath. The secondary bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed and walk-in closet. There is a full bathroom right across the hall. There is a washer/ dryer within the unit for added convenience. Additionally, there is a one car garage available for parking or bike/ski storage.

This is a third floor unit with no elevator access.

POOL / HOT TUB ACCESS:
Guests can check in at Ranch Hall, they must provide a copy of the confirmation from the management company showing the address of property rented. They will receive a daily access card so they can come and go. Hours are currently 8am until 7:00 pm days a week.
There is a $20 fee per person - pr day. Children 8 and under are free

Ideally situated you can be enjoying the slopes at Granby Ranch (a very family-friendly ski resort) within minutes. You will enjoy access to two outdoor community hot tubs and outdoor grill. The property is centrally located within Grand County to giving you easy access to Winter Park Resort, the east entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park, Granby Reservoir, multiple golf courses, and Hot Sulphur Springs Resort.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

    Location is great and condo is well stocked and has nice layout. Master bed was a bit firm for our tastes. Overall would recommend.

    The check in was very simple and instructions were clear. The place was VERY clean, which was so important to us. Plenty of room. We would love to stay there again.

    The condo we stayed at was clean, well-maintained and as described, but we had to leave a day early because it was unfortunately hot outside that week and we could not get the condo to cool down enough. The description says no A/C, but we could not get enough of a cross breeze to cool the place off with the provided fans and open windows. Also, our main attraction was Rocky Mtn Natl Park and many of the hikes we wanted to do are on the east side. This condo is on the west side of the park. (I should have realized this prior to booking, so that is really on me). Garage is not large enough for a car and you have to pay extra for the pool. It is a walk up to the third floor. Could see this as being a good place in winter if going to ski in Winter Park.

    Only 2 of us stayed here but there was plenty of room for more! Clean, comfortable. Easy to locate and communicate w property management. Lots of toys for kids. Outdoor space is very nice.

    Condo was very clean and the location was great! There is a grocery store right across the street, which was handy. About 30 minutes to RMNP. We really enjoyed the condo and our stay there!! Would stay there again!
