Time to whisk yourself away to the comfort of Lazy Waves! 414B

Great property with beautiful view of the pool area. Only downside was some cleanliness issues. Kitchen cabinet pulls were dirty/sticky, main bedroom carpet with a fair amount of stains and the quilt on the bed had some bloody stains as well. Maybe could have had some beach chairs for renters use? Only one found in the storage closet.

We had a great time. Condo was clean, a great location, and very comfortable. Property management was quick to reply and helpful.

Property was as advertised. Well furnished, and equipped and quite spacious. We all thoroughly enjoyed stay. A few points of note that if addressed will make things even better for the next guests:1. When water dispenser on Fridge is used water leaks on floor beneath the fridge. 2. Two of the dining room chairs are unsafe and need repair or replacement. One chair has a completely broken leg and another has an unstable leg that is about to break. 3. A cracked glass was in the cabinet and should have been disposed of. Similarly the kitchen soap dish was broken prior to our arrival. 4. WiFi signal was very weak and caused some frustration. None of the above interfered with our enjoyment of our stay.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Check in was off site but easy to get to and near grocery stores. The condo was spacious and had a nice storage closet in the garage to store beach items. Multiple ice cream locations close by and the beach was very nice! 3 great pools and many other amenities. The only down sides to the condo was the hot tub being out of order and one of the queen beds was not comfortable, although firm it had the old spring style mattress.

The condo was in excellent condition and was very clean. It had pretty much everything you would need. The only thing missing was a tv for one of the bedrooms but luckily I knew that from another review posted right before we left and was able to confirm it with the realty company managing the property. So we had to bring a small tv for that room.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We would definitely rent this condo again. However, I would add the queen bedroom does NOT have a TV which we didn’t realize until we arrived. Also, if you are booking with small children, please note the kitchen is equipped only for adult dining. It was stressful at mealtimes/snack time serving my 2 & 4 year old grandkids with glass dishes. Yikes!

The unit was well equipped and had everything needed…wish the beds were more comfortable but that is to be expected. The building was right on the beach, and the pools were nice. Perfect for a family with kids. The Sandbridge area is out of the craziness of the “boardwalk” are but close enough to get to.

It was an amazing place but the restaurant-bar was not open at the pool area. That was disappointing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lazy Waves 414B is a very spacious, nicely decorated condo. There was plenty of room for me and my 2 teenage kids. This unit is on the beach but there is not a view of the beach from condo - not even a small one. I am happy that I rented beach items from Shorebreak Outfitters - well worth the money. Be sure to pay close attention to the packing list that is sent to you - you will need all of those items and then some. Sandbridge Island Restaurant has great pizza and the market that is attached to it is great for items you forgot at the grocery store. The souvenir store across the street has a nice selection of items. Give serious thought to stopping at the grocery store on your way to the condo. I would come back to Sandbridge and I would stay at The Sanctuary at False Cape again.
