This well-appointed condo overlooks the community swimming pool with great beach

The condo itself was fantastic as was the property. Kitchen well equipped with all dishes, pots/pans, small appliances. There were no spices, condiments besides salt and pepper which is stated. No problem just know when going. It was too cold for pool and it was closed but is big and looks fabulous. The walkway to beach is easy and close. Property is clean. Communication was great. We couldn’t find the Internet login info. Contacted the office after hours but got a call very quickly with information. All together a fantastic experience and have already looked into booking again and referring others.

Fantastic experience! Plenty of room for our family of 5. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful view from balcony. Easy walk to the beach. Boardwalk to beach has no stairs so wagon is easy to bring to beach. Kitchen is well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and would be thrilled to stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!

The inside of the condo is beautiful an the location was perfect for us! It's just outside of the busier downtown area but close enough to quickly get around. It's also such an easy walk to the beach! We've already recommended this property to our friends and hope to return sometime soon!

Great place, 5 min walk to beach, beautiful pool!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. I loved it was easy walking distance to the beach. The ocean view was beautiful as well. The inside looks like it’s been recently remodeled which is also a plus. We had a very comfortable stay. One thing I would recommend to the owners is to leave more trash bags especially since you have to take the trash out before you leave. And cleaner. We cooked a few times in the kitchen but couldn’t find any cleaner to clean afterwards. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved how clean and nicely appointed this rental was - all the kitchen utensils look new and everything in the cabinets was clean. I didn't realize until we arrived that there is no table, but the bar with stools worked fine since we were only eating breakfast there. Unfortunately the AC did break on our last evening, but Port A Escapes was very responsive and sent a maintenance person over right away, and offered to install window units when it was determined the AC could not be repaired.

Good time at Tina’s island Beach spot! Pool and Beach were both easy to get to and sun!

Condo was perfect, loved the cleanliness, where it was on the property, the extra fans in the rooms. The only downside was there was only cable in one of the rooms, the other tvs were on WiFi. The WiFi went out the last night so no one could watch tv. The fridge was very loud for some reason. Other than that I would stay again!

We had such a great stay in Port A at Island Retreat. The view from our second floor balcony was awesome and the convenience of walking to the beach via the boardwalk was a bonus. We also enjoyed the large pool and being able to rest and recharge in the condo.

Everything listed about the property was just how it was on the description. Very close to the beach.

This was a great stay! The beds were comfortable, good space in kitchen/eating area & nice bathrooms.Would suggest having a full length mirror somewhere, a broom & a couple blankets in the family room.Walk to beach wasn’t too bad (the shower area off the boardwalk wasn’t working to rinse off sandy feet).Checkout process was super easy too!

Nice unit, updates have been done throughout. Clean. Easy beach access and close to shops and restaurants. Older complex but this unit was very nice. BYOB beach towels and hair dryer. Would stay here again.

The property was just as pictured and was the perfect size for our family to be together and to each have our own space. The property was spotless and had a lovely view of the pool and the gulf. We enjoyed drinking our coffee outdoors each morning! The property is close to everything in town and has close access to the beach either by the boardwalk or a drive-in beach access point. The management company was very responsive and answered all the questions we had. For our taste, the king and queen size beds were too hard; however, I still gave the property a 5, because this is our personal preference. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

This condo was perfect for family of 8 , balcony overlooking large pool , picnic area for BBQ and beach access. We loved it very clean and modern.
