Really nice layout. Very spacious and pool was great. Parking simple, easy and close to the stairs. Loved the spacious balcony. Didn’t really use much of the kitchen items but they offered plenty of dishes to use for the stay. Wasn’t much I needed to buy/bring. Would recommend staying here again. Only downfall. Wish it had a washer and dryer in the unit or maybe one located on the premises. But the front desk office was super helped if I had questions or needed anything.

The only thing I don’t like about this room is the seating for meals. There’s a kitchen island which is handy but the little stools don’t fit around it comfortably. We usually eat outside but there are only 2 chairs at the table so there’s nowhere to have more than 2 people eat together. Overall though it’s a nice updated room and I would choose it again. It would be nice if they changed the fishing areas trash more often. People aren’t supposed to put fish trash in there but they sometimes do and it stinks so much you can’t enjoy the area

Perfect for my little family of 3. We will be back! Loved all the extras of pillows, blanket and towels. Room stayed nice and cool no issues. The balcony was very roomy and had good views. We went fishing at the dock and that was fun, love the blue lights for night fishing and the cutting table with the water hose. The only thing I would add would be a washer/dryer.

This efficiency apartment was the perfect size for2 people. The bed was comfortable, property was clean and view was nice. I would stay here again

We loved this condo! It was perfect and had everything we needed to cook and dine outside on the patio with views of the marina/water. Very clean and neat. Parking underneath was perfect. We hated to leave but will be back! Highly recommend.

The property is still under construction Had a great time my family and I very peaceful, quite and relaxing our room was very nice! No issues or concerns definitely a great place to stay bringing back more family our next trip!

We really enjoyed our stay and we’re totally impressed with the property. The room was very clean and accommodating. The air condition worked great. It was awesome to have the pool and private pier so close. Our balcony overlooked the pool and dock area. We will definitely book/stay again. Also it was close to the jetties/beach and restaurants.
