Watching fisherman , big ships and the ferry’s crossing was amazing - you can also see the lighthouse. We fished off the dock which was so nice- cleaning station right there ! The rental itself was beautiful- very well taken care of and the cooking utensils were amazing. I would rent again many times !

Everything was great! Loved sitting on the large balcony and watching the ships go out! The place was clean and both the bed and pull out couch were comfortable. We appreciated the laundry detergent and dish liquid. Had everything we needed!

Condo was ok and could be better. Restroom doesn't have an ac vent which made it significantly hot, and had to buy a box fan to help cool it down. On our 3rd night in power in the bathroom, washer, and dryer went out. Called after hours and they were great in responding to the issue. When we came back the fire alarm activated, and maintenance replaced the batteries late evening and said it was bad batteries. But unfortunately we were woken up early morning from the fire alarm going off again. We messaged vrbo for some type of compensation due to the inconvenience and making us leave early then anticipated. They claimed that they couldn't do anything, because its privately owned. But I assume they didnt reach out to the owners, because we got a quick reaponse. Place is nice and would rent again in the future, if they would do right for our inconvenience.

The best thing about the property is the location. Nice pool. Great views of the channel. Underwhelmed with the amenities in the unit. No extra towels, nothing except salt and pepper for cooking. We stay at a few rentals a year and at least there’s some sort of cooking oil or spices left by either the owner or previous visitors.

This condo has an amazing view of the ships passing through the ship channel!However, there is no place to hangup any clothing to prevent wrinkling, and No closet! The bedroom-kitchen have no doors to separate them. My husband ended our stay on meds for spasmatic-back problem, due to carrying 2 trips of the smaller luggage items up the 44 steps to our room! 2nd floor rooms,are on the 3rd floor, because parking is underneath your room(ground level). Not a place for elderly, unless help does all unloading!

Great location in town. Comfortable and pretty with efficient use of space and a full kitchen. Loved the balcony with a partial view of the channel. The stairs to the third floor may not be for everyone, but it was fine for us. Nice shaded parking under building.

Very nice studio setup that seems larger because of the wall and use of space. Definitely a reasonable cost and ease of check in and check out. Stairs will give you a work out but I probably needed it. Will stay here again for sure !

We enjoyed our stay. This condo was great for our family. The condo was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Enjoyed the pool and covered parking spot. Only a few things that were annoying , but not deal breakers. The toilet paper holder was loose and the roll kept falling off into the trash. The bathroom vent was very loud and there wasn't A/C blowing in there, so it got a little hot in there. Overall, we liked the location, bed and sleeper sofa were great. We would book again with Bay Tree A2.

Great spot for fishing! We enjoyed the pool a lot. The condos were located very conveniently!

Positives - location to town and restaurants, fishing dock, view on balcony, newly remodeled, big shower(I’m 6’ 4”), big pool for area, covered parking, water hose to rinse beach toys, golf cart and kids off everyday! lol Negatives - for some that can’t do stairs it is the 3rd floor, bathroom needs an air vent so it’s not a sauna just getting ready! No major concerns. Overall it’s a great condo for a family of 4 or less and the negatives are little things compared to everything else! Bonus if you have boat you can rent a slip! I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a newer fresh condo, this is it for sure! And don’t forget the poles like we did, nightly fishing is a must! We made it happen thanks to island tackle!

This little condo was perfect! It’s close to everything you’d want to do like the beach, pier, restaurants, and cute shops. The condo was exactly as described in the listing, and the management was very responsive and pleasant. It was very clean and tastefully remodeled. The pool and spacious back deck were a huge plus. We’ll definitely be returning to this condo for our next vacation!

The unit was well done with the renovations and is on the corner of the building so you get a good view from the deck. Located in a quiet area behind old town Port A so it's easy to get to restaurants and main attractions. Bed was comfortable, AC/fans worked well and the kitchen has a majority of what you would need to cook - only thing missing was spices/seasonings and aluminum foil/ parchment paper.You have access to the property pool which is always a plus!
