We enjoyed our stay here and it was the right distance away from the downtown/waterfront area. The bed was comfy, the A/C was cold (very important in July!), and road noise wasn't bad at all. We were within a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go downtown. Enjoyed our dinner at The George Restaurant. Nice touch with the provided Keurig coffee maker and pods. Had a peaceful and quiet morning on the top patio overlooking the street with a cup of coffee. All in all, it was a perfect place to stay. We got to the beach around noon, spent a couple hours there, and came back to this place in the afternoon (and was able to checkin early too which was great). Then the next morning we were able to hit the beach early and head on back home. Only wish the bathroom was bigger, it could be a tight squeeze for some folks.
This is the perfect location for access to the town of Wilmington and the surrounding beaches and other areas. We were able to walk downtown for breakfast every morning, and in the evening for dinner or a drink. Beaches were a short drive. The house was clean, parking was off street and very secure. Hosts were attentive and accessible.
Clean and comfortable, everything functioned, host was very responsive. Walkable to downtown and lots of food options etc.
