Overall the place was great. I would recommend this stay for any small family. The space in the condo was perfect for a small family and the bedrooms were a very good size. It felt cozy and had all of the amenities you would need, i.e. coffee pot, toaster, dishes etc. The communication from the manager was thorough but that’s also where one of my few complaints exists. I printed the 8 page email with all the instructions and unfortunately did not study them. There will be no paper towels, or towels, or bath mats for your stay. This is clearly communicated so I accept responsibility but still crazy they don’t have bath mats at the very least. Also the place is surface clean but there is no attention to detail on something’s I find pretty gross. The coffee pot it self is clean but the inside of the pot where the water goes doesn’t look like it has ever been clean. There are mounds of dust on the vents and the shower head was specked black with mildew. I am not a crazy germ person or an ocd cleaner but looking up at a shower head and seeing that was disappointing.

After a 9 hour drive the unit was filthy. The property manager did not answer our calls. After a few texts he finally called. He said he was refunding the cleaning fees. Pots and pans need to be replaced. Living room furniture, dining room set and carpets need replaced. Two vacuums one ran but would not pick up dirt. The other did not work. Not a fan.

Unit was nice but needs some work done. Back porch patio door does not open properly. Unit could have been cleaner inside. Read fine print closely prior to stay as linens are not provided. Check in and parking process were not clearly stated.

I am going to give honest review. Not sure if this unit is owed by a person or not. But Overall this condo was nicely renovated. It is small but worked for three people and small dog. It had an kerig coffee maker which I loved. Small patio. Across the street from beach which was like a two minute walk. Was nice that I could bring my small Yorkie. But nothing is really per friendly in Carolina. So I had to leave my dog in condo most days. (Not this condos fault) just commenting. I also had to bring my own dog food bowls (which I left there for others to use ). No gate either which I had to bring to keep my dog in. I understand it was not in the listing that they had this things, But would have been easier not to bring this stuff. Only the beach you can bring your dog before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. Dale the property manager gets back to you right away and no complaints there. But the condo itself I had issues. The kitchen table and chairs. Please get rid of them. Was hard to eat on when the table too just spins around and wobbly chairs you can’t sit on. (I called maintenance they kinda fixed chairs but not really ). The sofa is itchy and not comfortable at all. So I had to lay down on one of the twin size beds to relax which was annoying . (The twin size beds were ok). Overall I would stay there again. Was very quiet. We meet nice people there. I hope to get back to Carolina beach next year

My husband and I enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The kitchen is beautiful and had all of the items we needed, and the updated bathrooms were such a nice touch. When we rent our week's stay in CB, it's usually difficult to find grass for our small dogs to relieve themselves, but this place had a special dog area with poo bags, which is always nice. The grass was rather high, so we were eaten alive by mosquitos each time we took them out. That's to be expected, so take bug spray with you. We especially enjoyed the location, as I like to take long walks in the morning and there are back streets with beautiful views. This is a huge plus for me. We also enjoyed walking to Freeman Park and to the tiki bar on the pier. Such a fun experience. Out of all of the times we have rented in CB, this was one of our favorite places. Give it a try. You truly can't go wrong.

This was a great family/pet friendly condo! Easy to get to and great communication. A block from the beach, pool was great. Great location on north end, but also easy to get to the boardwalk/restaurants. We rented bikes which was a bonus to explore the area. The beach is clean and we enjoyed how family friendly the area is!
