Stayed Aug 23, 2024Location is great, clean and has everything you need for a big family. The wash spots outside the building are such a plus. Is right next to a beach access. Parking could be better but not horrible.

Stayed Jul 30, 2023Location, cleanliness and ease of communication with property owner makes this a perfect place to stay and enjoy OCMD! Easy access to the beach, comfortable beds, clean, huge patio out back with clothes lines to hang wet towels and bathing suits, and owner Jonathan was very responsive and even met us at the property to hand deliver the keys. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Apr 5, 2023We stayed at the Sandpiper as a surprise last minute get away for the kiddos. This condo was close to the beach, very clean and conveniently located on 75th street. The owner Jonathan was great to work with. We will definitely be back.

Stayed Jun 18, 2022Beautiful, clean and comfortable. We loved this house! Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. Front and back deck. Awesome location for quiet family time and very short distance to the beach! We loved every minute of it.
