Rose Garden Trail Vacation Rental Condo is a well decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath home located at the southeast corner of the Rim Village complex. From the front patio you get one of the best unobstructed views of the second highest mountain range in Utah, the La Sal Mountains. It is equipped for up to 8 people. King bed in the master, Queen in the second, and 2 twins in the third bedroom. Sofa Sleeper in the living room. No smoking.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025This home was a perfect spot for my family to get away for a weekend! It was close enough to all the awesomeness Moab has, but far enough away that you had no idea what was going on in town! It was clean, comfortable, and just a good time! My only complaint was the TVs. They are old, and just had basic cable. I was hoping to jump in my Disney and watch a movie with the kids one night, but couldn’t do that. We did end up finding something to watch, but just a minor inconvenience. I would stay here again though!!

Stayed Oct 5, 2024We've stayed in these similar units a number of times and this one was isolated in a corner of the property, which was nice. Everything from booking, checking in/out went smoothly and the stay was enjoyable. The unit had the standard amenities, was comfortably decorated, and overall was very nice. I'd definitely stay there again.

Stayed May 17, 2024Great location and everything was exactly what was conveyed in the description. The air conditioning didn’t work the first night but the owner sent someone to fix it early the next day. The only other negative was that shower drains drained very slowly.

Stayed Oct 19, 2023We were pleased with property. Slightly dated but overall comfortable and well stocked with all we needed. We were allowed in 2 hours early which was a big plus. We intended on using pool and hot tub which looked nice but never actually made it. Was in the area to visit national parks. Property just a few minutes from downtown and all you need.

Stayed Apr 27, 2023Beautiful home with amazing views. Large outdoor seating area. Accommodations were great for 6 adults. Hardly any clothes hangers, and would recommend fans for the bedrooms.
