Step out on the terrace of this, Bi-Level, 3-Bed, 2-Bath accommodation and you’ll instantly know why it is called - The Rock. - A mammoth sandstone slab forms the back wall of your patio.

On the main floor of this condo you’ll find a comfortable living/dining area, full kitchen and washer/dryer. The hall bathroom connects to a master bedroom featuring a King Bed  A private patio door opens from the bedroom to a secluded area of the terrace.  Climb the stairs to find your second-floor outdoor patio with panoramic views of the Moab Valley; a perfect spot for morning coffee. The west bedroom upstairs has 2 queen beds, and works well for either a couple or a group. A convenient door opens directly to the shared bathroom, which has a full tub/shower enclosure. New additions to the unit provide a fun and unique experience. A pool table, dart board, and basketball hoop have been added to the oversize upstairs bedroom. It provides a nice combination of sleeping and entertaining. After your day’s activities, while the sunset fires up the red rocks, cook a delicious supper on the natural gas BBQ, then settle in for an evening in front of the gas log fireplace.

Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation We’d love to you in this pet friendly property (pet fees apply, some exclusions apply). There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. *Please note that this specific #3461 rental can only accommodate one (1) pet per local HOA rules.*  Pets are never allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. Your rental agreement will reflect that no pets are allowed if you have not paid a pet fee, even if you have reserved a pet friendly unit. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($20/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.

    The location was great. The overall layout of the place was great for our needs. The grounds and exterior were nice and the hot tub and patio area were wonderful. The condo could really use some updates though and the kitchen wasn’t great. The pans provided were in really bad condition. The toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags were the thinnest I’ve ever seen. Bedding was cheap. Dishwasher sounded awful and dishwasher drawer missing some wheels. Overall, it worked for us but nothing to write home about. 10am is also the earliest checkout time I’ve ever experienced.

    The home was old inside, doors to patio were hard to close and was very hot in the room, and AC had to stay at 72 or it would freeze up and shut down, but because it was one unit in the kitchen to control it we were hotter in the bedroom, breakfast bench was a bit scary to sit in as it was coming off the wall, and just old appliances etc but it served the purpose for the 2 days we were there. We had to stream through phones to see tv as there was no cable and remotes did not work on the tv which I informed the manager and he apologized - but we made it work. I picked the home mainly for the hot tub in the patio and there was also a game room upstairs - the tub was fine albeit old, the game room was nice but broken pool sticks so we choose not to play for fear of damage. The proximity to the arches is not bad and the town is a cute little town and has everything you need about 15 mns drive. I was disappointed in the fact they had a coffee machine and filters but no coffee , usually places I stay they supply coffee and tea at a minimum. The patio was very dusty but there are a lot of wind gusts in the area that carry a lot of dust - all in all we were comfortable for the two days we stayed although a bit hot but we did go in July and maybe not the best time. Manager was very responsive by email. There was a “welcome” folder stating they expected us to start a dishwasher, take sheets from beds and take trash out - before leaving, that was also a first for me, but we did it.

    The location was excellent, and overall, the house was ok. However, the beds were not in the best condition and could use some upgrades for improved comfort. The kitchen items also need attention, as many of the utensils, cookware, and appliances are quite worn. The kitchen is not well-equipped, making it challenging to prepare meals for a family. Since we prefer to rent VRBOs to cook most of our meals at the house, this setup made it difficult. Additionally, both the dishwasher and washing machine are quite loud, so it's best to run them while you're out to avoid the noise. Upgrading these appliances and improving the kitchen setup would significantly enhance the overall experience. Especially considering what we paid for this house, we would have expected it to be in much better condition overall.

    Loved the property, loved the neighborhood, and sitting on the upstairs deck at night, stargazing was amazing. Access to Steelbender definitely a bonus. Super quiet. Place just needs some tweaks. Upgrade the appliances, clean up the firepit area, and while the ad state there was no hot tub, there actually is a physical one on the back patio. It just obviously isn't working as it is empty and very dirty inside. I admittedly peeked. This place deserves a working hot tub! All in all, wonderful place, just give it a little added love.

    Great location near the golf course and near Steel-bender trail if you're an off-roader... there's also some petroglyphs on a rock face near the rock art house and directly acroos from the golf course, very cool!
