Stayed Jun 30, 2025Good house, great location and a cool cabin vibe in the house. Great access to amenities in Elkhorn village. The deck outside should probably be redone as it’s a bit wobbly if there are multiple people on it.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024The Good: it was clean, comfortable, quiet and had plenty of room for the family to spread out. Location: about a 10 to 15-minute drive to town or the “Baldy” ski area of Sun Valley. While there is a shuttle bus, the walk to the stop and the scheduling were not convenient, so we drove everywhere.Other amenities: we checked out the hot tub, which is part of a community building just down the road. It’s fine, but very communal.The Meh: this unit is outdated, but still functional. The appliances were from the 1980s and 90s. The carpet throughout the unit is off-white, but they’ve tried to break up the monotony with area rugs placed over the carpet The showers are narrow but work fine. The furniture is outdated and saggy, and the TVs are small with limited options (e.g., no smart TVs).Overall: this one is a little tired and needs a facelift. It’s not glamorous, but it worked.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfy condo, well-stocked and furnished-- art and furniture reminds you of skiing or summering in the Dolomites! Wonderful view of Elkhorn side of Dollar- good access for skinning up. Only downside-- wish we didn't have to go to Alpine office to pick up and drop off keys.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, condo was really good. Comfortable, clean and efficient. There seemed to be a couple lightbulbs that were burned out as none of the light switches would turn them on. A few extra blankets for the beds would have been nice. We pulled a couple from the closet but they didn't really look like bedding blankets. We didn't call the property management folks about it, so maybe they would have brought some out.

Stayed Dec 18, 2022My family had a wonderful stay, Great location within walking distance of the rest of the family, and if course the fabulous bus service into Ketchum.
