The Perfect Luxury Ocean Front Condo Vacation, Private Parking & Beach Access

Great place! Very clean. Had everything we needed. Beautiful view.

The view was excellent, SUNRISES were the best, 3rd floor meant clear view over the dunes. The sofa, beds, mattresses and bedding were all very comfortable. We had a small issue during our stay and contacted the host who replied immediately and offered an immediate solution. Nice benefit having beach chairs and boogie boards available, so we didn't have to bring ours. It was reasonable walking distance to the Boardwalk and restaurants. The unit has been well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.Note: to see SUNSETS, drive down to Federal Point at Fort Fisher. Awesome views.

Oceanview condo - beautiful sunrises - and literally steps from the lovely beach. Had a little issue with a/c upon arrival - communication was wonderful and all fixed within 30 minutes. Description said condo was well stocked so we expected more personal products such as shampoo, kleenex, etc. Other than that, we would highly recommend - great location to boardwalk, marina, bars, shopping, etc. Your favorite room will be the covered porch that overlooks the ocean!!

Great stay!

Easy access , be prepared for carry everything up stairs. Wonderful ocean front deck, kitchen had the necessities. The condo was clean and had all we needed. Thanks for another great visit to Carolina Beach

We chose this place mainly because of the washer and dryer that was supposed to be in the unit and we had a long trip before and after our stay here. Upon reading information in check-in booklet it said they were not available at this time. Assuming behind the locked door none or the keys would open. The doors were issues, storm door handle kept falling off on inside (annoyance more than anything) because it was missing a set screw. The deadbolt knob on inside someone before us had broken off and you'd have to use your fingers on it and have to try to lock. It was difficult with someone with arthritis in hands. Just a reminder its 3rd floor but technically 4 flights of steps became the raised condo for flooding/parking.The location was wonderful. It wasn't overly crowded on the beach right outside the condo. Had good views of beach. Sunrises would be great but we didnt get a good one while we were there. Sunsets behind the condonare mostly blocked by other buildings.

This condo had a great view of the ocean, was close to everything, and the owner was very kind. Definitely a great place to stay.

According to the kids, this was the most relaxing and fun vacation ever. Having a property right on the beach and walking distance to the boardwalk was perfect for this family of five who just wanted to have. Stress free vacation. The rental had everything we needed and the renter was a great communicator. I highly recommend if you have a family, want a friends trip, or just want to escape for a bit. Celtic creamery sorbet was outstanding!!

My husband and I stayed with our three teens and it was a perfect fit. The condo has porches on both sides with stunning views. Everything was well kept, stocked and clean. We will be back!

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect size for our small family. We spent a lot of time out on the deck, and in the cozy living room. Beach access was easy and it wasn’t too crowded. We hope to book again next summer!

We had a great stay in Carolina Beach. The 2-bedroom was exactly as described. Super clean and very well stocked. So close to the beach and local restaurants. Could not have been better.

We enjoyed our stay! The beach was not too crowded, atmosphere was great. Only concern was the A/C temp would adjust itself after we had set it to desired temp and we would have to readjust several times. Also be aware it is a 3rd floor walkup, so 6 flights of stairs. This was not an issue for us and we had a great time!
