Stayed May 29, 2025This property is absolutely a little gem! Very clean, very comfortable, well stocked, and a great location. I couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The Owners of this property really are providing a great place to stay.To be fair, this is a property that is well suited for 1-2 people, not for a full family stay.

Stayed Feb 21, 2025Margie was wonderful. There was a couple little problems but were taken care of right away. Fantastic view of the marina. We sat there every morning and evening. The pool was not up and running because of the hurricane but the was on the management and not Margie and her husband.

Stayed Apr 4, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Placida even though it was relatively short. We were totally comfortable in this condo and especially enjoyed being able to sit out on the screened in balcony. Watching the boats is so relaxing. We even saw a manatee! Everything we needed was available. It was very clean and well maintained. The host, Margie, was only a text away and accessible at a moment's notice. We would stay here again in a second. Thank you! Stayed Mar 16, 2024This condo overlooks a marina. We enjoyed watching the boats going out and coming in. Plus we saw manatee and dolphins right from our lanai. The place was clean and well-stocked and comfortable. Margie, the owner, was helpful and kind. We recommend The Perfect Getaway.

Stayed Feb 25, 2024We loved our stay, very quiet and peaceful there. The pool and hot tub area was very nice and had a nice view of the intercoastal! The unit itself was well taken care of and we loved seeing the Manatee and dolphins. Our host Margie was wonderful to work with! Would stay again!
